摘要	党的十八大以来，以习近平总书记为核心的党中央高度重视公民道德建设，立根塑魂、正本清源，作出一系列重要部署，推动思想道德建设取得显著成效。新时代青年大学生是党和国家未来的接班人，是中国特色主义现代化事业的建设者，他们的成长、发展直接关系中国特色社会主义事业后继有人、兴旺发达，因此必须重视对当代大学生公民道德的培育和引导。本论文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，首先对新时代大学生公民道德培育所涉及的相关概念进行阐述，并对其相关理论来源的借鉴和主要内容、价值意蕴进行说明。其次，以甘肃省兰州市部分高校大学生为研究样本，设计了调查问卷和访谈提纲并统计分析了调查结果。从社会公民道德培育氛围淡薄、学校公民道德培育力度欠缺、家庭公民道德培育功能薄弱、大学生公民道德意识整体不强等四个层面出现的问题不足进行全面地分析和阐述，进而有针对性的提出改善大学生公民道德培育社会环境、完善大学生公民道德培育学校举措、增强大学生公民道德培育家庭功能、强化大学生公民道德培育主体意识等四个方面的建议和策略，以切实解决当代大学生公民道德培育过程中遇到的困境问题，提升新时代大学生公民道德培育的实效性，助推我国公民道德建设进程。
英文摘要	Young college students in the new era are the successors of the Party and the country in the future, and the builders of the modernization cause with Chinese characteristics. Their healthy growth is directly related to the successors and prosperity of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to attach importance to the cultivation and guidance of civic morality among contemporary college students. On the basis of drawing on previous research results, this paper first elaborates on the relevant concepts involved in the cultivation of civic morality among college students in the new era, and explains the reference of relevant theoretical sources, main content, and value implications. Secondly, using some college students in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province as research samples, a survey questionnaire and interview outline were designed, and the survey results were statistically analyzed. A comprehensive analysis and exposition of the problems that arise from four aspects: the weak atmosphere for cultivating civic morality in society, the lack of efforts in cultivating civic morality in schools, the weak function of cultivating family civic morality, and the overall weak awareness of civic morality among collegestudents. Based on this, targeted suggestions are proposed to improve the social environment for cultivating civic morality among college students,improve school measures for cultivating civic morality among college students, and enhance the family function of cultivating civic morality among college students Suggestions and strategies for strengthening the main consciousness of cultivating civic morality amongcollege students in four aspects, in order to effectively solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of cultivating civic morality among contemporary college students, enhance the effectiveness of cultivating civic morality among college students in the new era, and promote the process of building civic morality in China.
