乡村要振兴，文化必兴盛。党的十九大报告提出了乡村振兴战略，将其作为新时代“三农”工作的总抓手，并确立了“产业振兴、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的总要求。乡村文化振兴作为乡村振兴的一项铸魂工程，能够充分调动农村的创新创意，将乡村振兴的力量聚集起来，为乡村振兴的发展提供智力支撑、精神支持和经济保障。自从实施“乡村振兴”计划以来，党和政府已经颁布了一大批具有指导意义的方针和文件。各个地区都结合自己的实际情况，制订并实施了“产业振兴”的战略计划，目的是为了解决新时代的社会矛盾，从而达到“实现中国梦”的目的。在乡村振兴战略的推动下，乡村文化产业迎来了发展机遇，而乡村文化产业作为一种具有经济价值、文化价值和生态价值的产品，对乡村振兴起到了很大的推动作用，两者之间有着紧密的联系。

文章始终坚持马克思主义的指导地位，在乡村振兴的大环境下，按照乡村文化产业发展的原则，对乡村文化产业发展的现实状况及优化途径进行了系统的研究。文章主要由五部分组成：第一章绪论部分对选题背景及研究意义进行了概述，回顾相关文献，梳理我国乡村文化产业发展的研究状况，介绍研究思路和方法，同时也指出了研究的难点与创新之处。第二章论述了文化产业助推乡村振兴的相关概念与理论基础。第三章探讨了文化产业助推乡村振兴的内在机理。第四章遵循案例典型性原则，选取甘肃省W村为研究对象，以该村的文化产业发展实际为基础，研究该村文化产业助推乡村振兴的作用机制和存在的主要问题。第五章从产业、人才、文化、生态、组织五方面提出了乡村文化产业助推乡村振兴的优化路径。

In order for rural areas to thrive and prosper, cultural activities will blossom. The plan outlined in the 19th National Congress report of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the importance of rural revitalization, viewing it as the key focus of the "three rural" initiatives in the modern era. and established the general requirements of "industrial revitalization, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance, and affluent life". As a soul casting project of rural revitalization, rural cultural revitalization can fully mobilize the innovation and creativity of rural areas, gather the power of rural revitalization, and provide intellectual support, spiritual support and economic guarantee for the development of rural revitalization. Since the implementation of the "Rural Revitalization" plan, the Party and the government have promulgated a number of guidelines and documents. Each region has formulated and implemented a strategic plan for "rural revitalization" in light of its own actual situation, with the aim of resolving social contradictions in the new era and achieving the goal of the "Chinese Dream". Driven by the rural revitalization strategy, the rural cultural industry has ushered in development opportunities, and the rural cultural industry, as a product with economic, cultural and ecological value, has played a great role in promoting rural revitalization, and there is a close relationship between the two.

The article consistently upholds the guiding principles of Marxism, focusing on rural revitalization within the context of rural cultural industry development. It systematically examines the reality of rural cultural industry development and optimization strategies. The article is structured into five main sections: In the first chapter, the background of the topic and its research significance are summarized. Relevant literature is reviewed, the current research status of rural cultural industry development in China is analyzed, research methodologies are introduced, and the challenges and innovative aspects of the research are highlighted. The second chapter delves into the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of using the cultural industry to drive rural revitalization. The third chapter explores the internal mechanisms through which the cultural industry can enhance rural revitalization. The fourth chapter adopts a case study approach, focusing on W Village in Gansu Province. By examining the actual development of the cultural industry in the village, the study analyzes the role, mechanisms, and key challenges faced by the cultural industry in the village. In the fifth chapter, an optimized pathway for rural cultural industry development to stimulate rural revitalization is proposed. This pathway addresses industry, talent, culture, ecology, and organizational aspects.
