在党的二十大报告中，习近平总书记明确指出，要全面推动乡村振兴工作，坚持把农业农村发展放在优先位置，稳固并拓展脱贫攻坚的既有成果，加速农业强国的建设步伐，切实推进乡村在产业、人才、文化、生态和组织等方面的全面振兴。实施乡村振兴战略，不仅要注重外在形态的塑造，更要重视内在精神的铸就；既要致力于产业发展、经济繁荣，也要着力于文化激活、精神提振。我们必须坚持物质文明和精神文明两手抓，将文化振兴融入到农村建设的各个环节、全过程之中。红色文化作为马克思主义理论与中国实际相结合的精神产物，既是对世界先进文化的借鉴吸收，也是对我国优秀传统文化的传承创新，同时是推动乡村振兴的重要力量。因此，深入探究红色文化与乡村振兴之间的内在联系，充分挖掘红色文化对乡村振兴的多元价值，对于促进乡村的全面振兴和实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有深远意义。

会宁县作为红军长征胜利会师之地，不仅是中国革命史上的重要节点，更是红色文化传承与弘扬的璀璨明珠，其在推动乡村振兴中发挥了至关重要的作用。本文梳理了马克思主义经典作家的文化观、中国共产党历届领导人关于红色文化的论述以及习近平关于红色文化与乡村振兴的重要论述；在此基础上，提出了红色文化如何赋能会宁县乡村振兴所面临的问题；通过对会宁县的现状分析以及原因的探讨，得出了如何进一步推动红色文化赋能会宁县乡村振兴的路径，具体包括深挖红色文化资源，延伸红色产业链；强化红色文化教育，培养红色文化人才队伍；深化红色文化应用，赋能乡村文化建设；促进红色资源创造性转化，推动生态宜居环境建设；以及加强红色基因传承，助推乡村组织振兴等五个方面的具体措施。这些优化路径旨在为会宁县乃至其他地区的红色文化赋能乡村振兴提供有益的参考和借鉴。

To implement the rural revitalization strategy, we should not only focus on shaping the external form but also on forging the inner spirit; we should not only be committed to industrial development and economic prosperity but also to cultural activation and spiritual uplift. We must adhere to the dual promotion of material and spiritual civilization, integrating cultural revitalization into every aspect and the entire process of rural construction. As a spiritual product resulting from the combination of Marxist theory and China's reality, red culture not only draws on and absorbs the advanced cultures of the world but also inherits and innovates China's fine traditional culture. It is an important force driving rural revitalization. Therefore, deeply exploring the intrinsic connection between red culture and rural revitalization and fully tapping into the diverse values of red culture for rural revitalization is of profound significance for promoting the all-round revitalization of rural areas and realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Hui Ning, as the place where the Red Army's Long March ended in victory, is not only a significant node in the history of the Chinese revolution but also a brilliant pearl in the inheritance and promotion of red culture. It has played a crucial role in promoting rural revitalization. Based on this, the problems faced by the empowerment of red culture to the rural revitalization of Huining County were proposed. Through the analysis ofthe current situation of Huining County and the discussion of the reasons, the paths to further promote the empowerment of red culture to the rural revitalization of Huining County were obtained, which specifically include: deeply exploring red cultural resources and extending the red industrial chain; Strengthen the education of red culture and cultivate a team of talents in red culture; deepening the application of red culture and empowering the construction of rural culture; Promote the creative transformation of red resources and advance the construction of an eco-friendly and livable environment; and strengthening the inheritance of red genes and promoting the revitalization of rural organizations. These optimized paths aim to provide useful references and lessons for the empowerment of red culture to rural revitalization in Huining and other regions.
