摘要

新时代,也是信息化时代。随着网络技术的不断发展,互联网已经渗透到了人们日常生活中的方方面面,网络空间也已成为青年大学生群体的主要活动空间,为思想政治教育工作带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。高校作为引领社会主流价值观与意识形态的前沿阵地,开展大学生网络思想政治教育不仅关系到立德树人根本任务的实现,还关系到社会和谐稳定、国家意识形态安全等重要方面。这就要求新时代大学生网络思想政治教育紧跟时代潮流,适应新形势,积极发挥网络育人效应。因此,如何使大学生网络思想政治教育进一步适应新情况、解决新问题、实现新发展,就成为了亟待解决的关键性问题。
本文以问题意识为导向,以网络强国思想和习近平总书记关于网络思想政治工作的重要论述为指引,运用马克思主义理论、思想政治教育学、传播学等相关的内容与知识,利用文献研究法、比较研究法、调查研究法等多种研究方法与研究视角,对新时代大学生网络思想政治教育的现状及对策进行了深入研究分析。
除绪论与结语外,全文共分为三个部分:首先,对大学生网络思想政治教育的相关定义、概念和特征进行了归纳和梳理,从习近平关于网络思想政治工作的重要论述、思想政治教育过程规律以及传播学相关理论三个方面,阐述了本研究相关的理论基础,并深入分析了大学生网络思想政治教育的新时代背景;其次,在总结归纳相关文献资料的基础上,结合问卷调查的实证数据,围绕当前取得成效与存在问题两个具体的方面,深刻分析了新时代大学生网络思想政治教育的现状,并从教育者、教育对象、教育内容以及教育环境四个角度进行了全面的原因剖析;最后,在现状分析与原因剖析的基础上,立足新时代,针对性地提出增强教育者的育人能力、激发教育对象的主体性、强化教育内容的影响力、提升教育环境的纯净度的应对之策,从而为新时代大学生网络思想政治教育更好地发挥育人作用提供切实可行的理论参考与经验借鉴。

英文摘要

The new era is also the information age. With the continuous development of network technology, the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people's daily life, and cyberspace has also become the main activity space for young college students, which has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to ideological and political education. As the forefront of leading the mainstream values and ideologies of society, the development of online ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not only related to the realization of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, but also related to important aspects such as social harmony and stability and national ideological security. This requires the online ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new era to keep up with the trend of the times, adapt to the new situation, and actively give full play to the effect of network education. Therefore, how to adapt the online ideological and political education in colleges and universities to the new situation, solve new problems, and achieve new development has become a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.
Guided by the awareness of problems and the thoughts of building a cyberpower country and the main expositions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the ideological and political work of the network, this paper uses Marxism theory, ideological and political education, communication and other related contents and knowledge to carry out in-depth research and analysis of the current situation and countermeasures of college students' network ideological and political education in the new era by means of literature research, comparative research, investigation and research and other research methods and perspectives.
In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the full text is divided into three parts: first, it summarizes and sorts out the relevant definitions, concepts and characteristics of college students' network ideological and political education. From three aspects: Xi Jinping's important exposition on network ideological and political work, the process law of ideological and political education, and the relevant theories of communication science, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of this research, and deeply analyzes the new era background of college students' network ideological and political education; Secondly, based on the summary of relevant literature and empirical data from questionnaire surveys, the current situation of online ideological and political education for college students in the new era is deeply analyzed from two specific aspects: achievements and problems. Comprehensive analysis of the causes is conducted from four perspectives: educators, educational objects, educational content, and educational environment; Finally, based on the analysis of the current situation and the causes, and from the perspective of the new era, this paper proposes targeted measures to enhance educators' educational abilities, stimulate the subjectivity of educational objects, strengthen the influence of educational content, and improve the purity of educational environment. These measures provide practical theoretical reference and experience for college students' online ideological and political education to better play its educational role in the new era.
