  绿色发展在生态文明中扮演着至关重要的角色。绿色发展强调生态环境保护和资源利用效率，有助于减缓和逆转环境污染、生态破坏和资源枯竭的趋势；绿色发展促进经济增长和社会进步与生态环境的协调发展；绿色发展也有助于提升国家的国际竞争力和形象。甘肃省地处中国西北地区，正好处在青藏、黄土以及内蒙古三大高原的交汇点，无论是在地理位置还是生态影响方面都有着举足轻重的关系以及重要的战略价值。然而，甘肃省因其独特的地形地貌、气候条件及其所伴随的生态环境脆弱性，为其绿色发展带来了巨大的挑战。

  本文聚焦甘肃省的实践路径，在深入探析绿色发展的理论的基础上，以祁连山国家级自然保护区作为典型案例进行研究，既分析甘肃省践行绿色发展成功的经验，又分析甘肃省绿色发展中所存在的不足，从而为本论文的研究奠定理论基础和实践基础。在此基础上，本文从理念、政策、科技和法律四个方面分析绿色发展中所存在的问题，并从认识、资金、制度和客观环境几个方面探寻问题发生的原因，从而有效地增强论文的现实针对性和实际可操作性。最后，本文从四个方面提出了加快绿色发展的实践路径，在公众认识方面，加强教育、参与度和氛围营造；在经济方面，打造绿色循环经济；在政策方面，加强政府与科技支持力度；在资源方面，推进生产生活方式绿色化。推进绿色发展，是甘肃省一项多方面、多层次的综合性工程，这一行动不仅对甘肃省的未来发展具有重要意义，也为中国的生态文明建设提供了宝贵的经验和示范模板。

  Green development plays a crucial role in ecological civilization. Green development emphasizes ecological environment protection and resource utilization efficiency, which helps to slow down and reverse the trend of environmental pollution, ecological damage, and resource depletion; Green development promotes coordinated development between economic growth, social progress, and ecological environment; Green development also helps to enhance a country's international competitiveness and image.Gansu Province is located in the northwest region of China, at the intersection of the three major plateaus of Qinghai Tibet, Loess Plateau, and Inner Mongolia. It has a crucial relationship and strategic value in terms of geographical location and ecological impact. However, due to its unique terrain, climate conditions, and accompanying ecological fragility, Gansu Province has brought enormous challenges to its green development.

  This article focuses on the practical path of Gansu Province, and based on in-depth analysis of the theory of green development, takes the Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve as a typical case for research. It not only analyzes the successful experience of green development in Gansu Province, but also analyzes the shortcomings in green development in Gansu Province, laying a theoretical and practical foundation for the research of this paper. On this basis, this article analyzes the problems existing in green development from four aspects: ideology, policy, technology, and law, and explores the reasons for the problems from the aspects of understanding, funding, system, and objective environment, thereby effectively enhancing the practical relevance and operability of the paper. Finally, this article proposes practical paths to accelerate green development from four aspects: in terms of public awareness, strengthening education, participation, and creating an atmosphere; In terms of economy, building a green circular economy; In terms of policies, strengthen government and technology support; In terms of resources, promote the greening of production and lifestyle.Promoting green development is a comprehensive project with multiple aspects and levels in Gansu Province. This action is not only of great significance for the future development of Gansu Province, but also provides valuable experience and demonstration templates for China's ecological civilization construction.
