Since ancient days, people’s yearning for joy has never ceased and the
pursuit of freedom, parity and wealth has never diminished. Particularly
since the Communist Party of China's birth, the Party has consistently
upheld the people's fundamental needs, having kept up with the people's
aspiration for a better life as a battleground, continually strived for the
collective prosperity of all citizens, and has achieved remarkable
triumphs. The emergence of certain impediments to the achievement of
shared success is becoming more apparentas society progresses and the
primary contradiction is altered.Consequently, delving into Marxist ideas
of shared prosperity can not only aid in our comprehension of Marxist
theory, but also fortify our capacity to analyze and address issues.
This paper examines the theoretical source, primary implication, and
practical importance of Marx and Engels' concept of common prosperity.
It then delves into the conditions of the emergence of social productive
forces in this same concept, as well as the transformation of means of
production ownership and the formation of a new rational distribution
system.
