新时代是中国特色社会主义发展的新起点新征程，也是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的关键时期。新时期产生新变化和新的社会矛盾，意味着我国发展面临机遇与挑战并存的考验。全党全国各族人民唯有付出更为艰苦卓绝的努力，才能奋力实现第二个百年奋斗目标。大学生作为新时代的生力军，其社会责任感的强弱事关自身发展更事关伟大事业的顺利推进，培育大学生社会责任感理应成为全社会的共识。因此，文章以大学生社会责任感培育为研究主题，具有重要的理论与实际应用价值。

文章通过系统总结大学生社会责任感的相关内容，综合运用文献研究、问卷调查等方法，深入探究大学生社会责任感培育的现状及影响因素，在此基础上提出大学生社会责任感的提升路径。文章首先对大学生社会责任感培育的相关概念进行阐释，主要概括新时代背景下大学生社会责任感培育的基本概念、核心内容、理论依据以及培育的现实价值，为新时代大学生社会责任感培育提供理论支撑。其次，在深入调查的基础上对大学生社会责任感的认知与践行方面的积极表现以及存在的突出问题进行总结。继而从大学生社会责任感的培育环境、养成机制、培育内容与方式以及培育对象找出部分大学生社会责任感缺失的原因所在。然后，从优化培育环境、健全养成机制、丰富培育内容与手段、提高培育对象责任意识与能力四个方面提出大学生社会责任感培育的路径，以期为大学生社会责任感的提升提供行之有效的路径。最后得出结论，要始终坚持以科学的理论与方法铸魂育人，努力培养可堪民族大任的时代新人。

The new era is a new starting point for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a new journey. It is also a crucial period for realizing the Chinese dream of great national renewal. New changes and new social contradictions in the new era mean that China's development faces the test of both opportunities and challenges. Only by making even more strenuous efforts can the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups in China strive to achieve the second centenary Goal. College students are the new force in the new era, the strength of their social responsibility is related to their own development and the smooth advancement of the great cause, and cultivating college students' social responsibility should become the consensus of the whole society. Therefore, the thesis takes the cultivation of college students' social responsibility as the research theme, which has important theoretical and practical application value.

By systematically summarizing the relevant contents of college students' sense of social responsibility, this paper comprehensively uses literature research, questionnaire survey and other methods to deeply explore the current situation and influencing factors of the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility, and on this basis puts forward the promotion path of college students' sense of social responsibility. This paper first explains the relevant concepts of the cultivation of college students' social responsibility, mainly summarizes the basic concepts, core contents, theoretical basis and practical value of the cultivation of college students' social responsibility under the background of the new era, and provides theoretical support for the cultivation of college students' social responsibility in the new era. Secondly, on the basis of in-depth investigation, it summarizes the positive performance and outstanding problems of college students' cognition and practice of social responsibility. Then from the cultivation environment, cultivation mechanism, cultivation contents and methods and cultivation objects of college students' social responsibility to find out the reasons for some college students' lack of social responsibility. Then, the paper puts forward the cultivation path of college students' social responsibility from four aspects: optimizing the cultivation environment, perfecting the cultivation mechanism, enriching the cultivation content and means, and improving the responsibility consciousness and ability of the cultivation object, in order to provide an effective path for the promotion of college students' social responsibility. Finally, it is concluded that we should always adhere to the scientific theory and method to cast soul education, and strive to train the new era can be worthy of the national responsibility.
