   在政党组织中，组织力始终占据重要的地位，发挥着重要的作用。组织力是政党联系群众，增强认同感的纽带。组织群众是政党与生俱来要面对的问题，关系到政党的生存与发展。在政党的发展中，永远无法回避组织力建设的问题。中国共产党扎根于群众也来源于群众，党的生死存亡与事业发展的成败，取决于能否组织人民群众，组织力在其中起到至关重要的作用。所以，对于中国共产党而言，组织力建设是一个经久不衰的重要课题。新时代，随着党中央对党组织建设工作的高度重视，不断加强了对基层组织组织力的深入探索，这对维护党全面领导的执政地位、促进基层党组织的自我革新具有十分重要的理论意义和现实的指导意义。

   文章以中国共产党的基层党组织组织力为研究对象，对其研究现状进行分析梳理，归纳出提升基层党组织组织力的内在逻辑，立足新时代的现实情况，分析了提升基层党组织组织力面临的机遇与挑战，对新时代提升基层党组织组织力的实践路径提出了自己的看法。文章绪论部分对基层党组织组织力的研究背景进行了简要的分析，总结归纳了新时代基层党组织组织力建设的发展现状，根据研究数据引出本文所要研究的对象。第二章主要阐述了基层党组织组织力的基本概念。通过对基层党组织组织力基本概念的明确，为文章的进一步研究奠定了理论基础。第三章从理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑三个方面出发，诠释了提升基层党组织组织力的内在逻辑。第四章主要对新时代提升基层党组织组织力面临的新机遇和面对的挑战进行了系统分析。文章第五章提出了新时代基层党组织提升组织力的路径选择。论文通过对基层党组织建设工作历史经验的总结，以及十八大以来党中央进行全面从严治党取得的成绩进行全面分析，从政治领导力、组织覆盖力、群众凝聚力、社会号召力和自我革新力几个方面提出适应新时代提升基层组织组织力要求的路径选择，以此来不断提高基层党组织在工作中的效率，进一步增强组织活力，从而为满足新时代社会发展的需要、稳固党执政地位、加强党执政水平建设、推动新时代中国特色社会主义事业发展，提供强有力的组织保证。

   Organisational strength is an important strength of political parties as political organisations, and is of great significance to the close relationship between the party and the masses and to winning wide public acceptance. Since the day political parties were born, organising the masses has been an important issue for their survival and development, and this is a fact that no political party in the world can avoid in its development. Political parties are rooted in the masses and originate from them. Whether they can organise the masses or not has a bearing on the survival of political parties and determines the success or failure of their development. Therefore, for political parties, organisational strength building is an eternal issue of the times. In the new era, as the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to party building, it has strengthened its in-depth exploration of the organisational strength of grassroots party organisations, which has important theoretical significance and practical guidance for maintaining the party's ruling status and promoting reform and innovation in grassroots organisations.

    Based on the connotation of the organizational power of the party organizations at the grass-roots level, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of improving the organizational power of the party organizations at the grass-roots level by combing the internal logic of the organizational power of the party organizations at the grass-roots level, the author puts forward his own views on the practical path of grass-roots organization force in the new era. By carefully summing up the historical experience of grass-roots party building work, especially analyzing the achievements made in the overall strict management of the party since the 18th National Congress, this paper tries to put forward the corresponding path selection to adapt to the development requirements of the new era from the aspects of political leadership, organizational coverage, mass cohesion, social appeal and self-innovation, constantly consolidate the working efficiency of the grass-roots party organizations, and enhance the vitality and vitality of the grass-roots party organizations, thus, it provides a strong organizational guarantee for adapting to the social development of the new era, consolidating the party's ruling position, enhancing the party's ruling ability, and advancing the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
