由于传统的粗放型经济影响了我国的自然生态环境，导致环境与发展之间的
矛盾日益凸显。
经过长时间的实践探索与理论思考，习近平总书记根据现阶段我国经济社会
发展所面临的突出问题,正式提出了绿色发展理念。这一理念的主要目的是解决
我国在发展中遇到的生态问题，转变经济发展方式,从而提高人民生活水平，保
证经济持续健康发展，尊重自然界中一切事物和它们运动发展的规律，兼顾经济
效益和社会效益，深入贯彻落实人与自然是生命共同体理念。习近平绿色发展理
念不仅对推动“美丽中国” 建设具有促进作用，并且对推进人类命运共同体建
设具具有重要而深远的现实意义。
习近平绿色发展理念的提出，吸收了中国传统文化中蕴含的生态智慧、马克
思、恩格斯的生态思想以及中国共产党历届领导人的生态保护思想，在坚持人与
自然和谐生的基础上实现绿色发展，中国主动承担了全球生态问题的责任及时做
出了积极的反映。习近平绿色发展理念的形成从习近平知青时期到地方从政再到
主政全国以来的阶段，其时代内涵从绿色的政治、经济、文化、社会四个方面论
述。习近平绿色发展理念对中国特色社会主义发展方法论起到了创新的作用、是
国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分，同时也丰富和发展了中国特色
社会主义理论体系，为经济发展提供了根本遵循，为化解新时代社会主要矛盾提
供了行动指南，为全球生态的治理贡献出了 “中国智慧”，为构筑人类命运共
同体提供了“中国方案”。

Abstract
As the traditional extensive economy has affected the natural
ecological environment of our country, the contradiction between
environment and development has become increasingly prominent.
After a long period of practical exploration and theoretical thinking,
General Secretary Xi Jinping formally proposed the concept of green
development based on the outstanding problems faced by my country's
economic and social development at this stage. The main purpose of this
concept is to solve the ecological problems encountered in our country's
development, change the mode of economic development, so as to
improve people's living standards, ensure the sustainable and healthy
development of the economy, respect all things in nature and the laws of
their movement and development, and take into account economic
benefits. and social benefits, and thoroughly implement the concept that
man and nature are a community of life.
Xi Jinping's concept of green development not only promotes the
construction of "Beautiful China", but also has important and far-reaching
practical significance for promoting the construction of a community with
a shared future for mankind. The proposal of Xi Jinping's concept of
green development has absorbed the ecological wisdom contained in
traditional Chinese culture, the ecological thoughts of Marx and Engels,
and the relevant expositions of the previous leaders of the Communist
Party of China on ecological protection, and achieved green development
on the basis of adhering to the harmony between man and nature , China
took the initiative to take responsibility for global ecological issues and
made a positive response in a timely manner. The formation of Xi
Jinping's concept of green development is from the period of Xi Jinping's
educated youth to the stage of local politics and then to the whole country.
The connotation of the era is discussed from the four aspects of green
politics, economy, culture and society. Xi Jinping's concept of green
development has played an innovative role in the development
methodology of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is an
important part of the modernization of the country's governance system
and governance capacity. It also enriches and develops the theoretical
system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It provides action
guidelines for resolving major social contradictions in the new era,
contributes "Chinese wisdom" to global ecological governance, and
provides "Chinese solutions" for building a community with a shared
future for mankind.
