全面推进乡村振兴战略，是党和国家的重要战略决策和部署，是不断推进乡村现代化发展的重要举措。在乡村振兴战略中，文化的力量不容忽视，实现乡村振兴宏伟目标，必须抓好乡村文化建设，推动乡村文化振兴；随着乡村文化的不断发展，乡村文化振兴取得了一定的成效，并为全面推进乡村振兴战略提供了精神动力和智力支持。但由于受经济社会发展现状的制约，乡村文化振兴仍存在着一些亟待解决的现实难题。

本文首先界定了乡村文化振兴的相关概念，梳理了中国共产党关于乡村文化发展和文化振兴的政策演进，总结归纳了乡村文化振兴的重要内容及其重要意义。其次，探究了乡村文化振兴的现实困境及其成因，透过现象探寻本质，聚焦乡村文化发展、乡村文化推广、乡村文化产业发展以及乡村文化振兴力量等方面的问题，深入剖析乡村文化振兴所面临的普遍性、共性的现实困境及其原因。再次，本文立足于乡村文化振兴的现实考察，选取了在全国范围内具有代表性的婺源和在甘肃省范围内具有代表性的康县为案例，对乡村文化振兴实践的特色路径进行了梳理。最后，从倡导积极健康的乡村文化、强化新时代优秀乡村文化的宣传工作、发展具有乡村特色的乡村文化产业以及培育多元的乡村文化振兴力量等方面着手，对乡村文化振兴的普遍路径进行探究。

Comprehensively prompting the strategy of rural revitalization is an important strategic decision and deployment of the state, and an important measure to continuously promote the development of rural modernization. In the rural revitalization strategy, the power of culture cannot be ignored. To achieve the beautiful goal of rural revitalization, we must build a good rural culture and promote the realization of rural cultural revitalization. With the constant development of rural culture, the revitalization of rural culture has achieved certain results, and provided spiritual motivation and intellectual support for the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy. While, under the constraints of the current economic and social development, the revitalization of rural culture still faces a prominent practical dilemma.

This paper first defines the relevant concepts of rural cultural revitalization, sorts out the policy evolution of the Chinese Communist Party on rural cultural development and cultural revitalization, and summarizes the important content and significance of rural cultural revitalization. Secondly, it explores the real dilemma and its causes of rural cultural revitalization, explores the essence through phenomena, focuses on the problems of the development of rural culture, rural cultural promotion, rural cultural industry development and rural cultural revitalization power and other aspects, and deeply analyzes the universality, common practical dilemma and its reasons faced by rural cultural revitalization. Thirdly, based on the actual investigation of rural cultural revitalization, this paper selects Wuyuan, which is representative in the whole country, and Kangxian, which is representative in Gansu Province, as cases, and sorts out the characteristic paths of rural cultural revitalization practice. Finally, from the aspects of advocating positive and healthy rural culture, strengthening the publicity work of excellent rural culture in the new era, developing rural cultural industries with rural characteristics, and cultivating diverse rural cultural revitalization forces, the general path of rural cultural revitalization is explored.
