摘要

20世纪后社会学家经过对“情转向”的研究,重新认识与感知、思维、记忆、决策等人类认知过程的关系,认为情绪与理性的地位同等重要,并指出,情感不是个体单一的心理表达,而是更多地作为一种关系来突破个体,共情作为情感已经成为人类交流的关键之一。

随着网络技术的发展,短视频作为媒介传播的新形式,通过共享技术,打破了语言障碍壁垒突破文化边界消融文化隔阂更易于人们的理解。社交媒体时代,短视频用“情感卷入”的共情方式来进行传播,更容易激发受众的情感共鸣,为“讲好中国故事”、增加文化认同提供了一个新的思路与创新路径。

2021年1月25日,李子柒以1410万的YouTube订阅量刷新了“最多订阅量的YouTube中文频道”的吉尼斯世界纪录称号视频被观看了约20亿次,海外网友对她视频的评论几乎都是赞美,这不仅是基于短视频的去语境化和个体化,而且利用情感中共情让中国文化被更好的理解和认同。在快节奏的生活下,李子柒所塑造的田园式的生活安抚了人们的情绪,缓解现代生活的焦虑,视频受到了海外受众的广泛认同满足了人们释放压力的心理需求情感需求不仅成功传播了中国美食,而且让海外受众得以更好地理解和认同中国文化

研究发现,人类情感中的共情,是人与人情感连接的纽带,实现共情可以减少在对外传播中的文化障碍,加强文化交流。将共情理论运用到短视频中进行传播,实现与受众的情感共鸣,“讲好中国故事”提供新的思路,同时为传播中国文化提供路径和空间,进而提升中国在国际的话语权和地位,塑造大国形象。

英文摘要

After the 20th century, sociologists have re recognized the relationship between emotion and human cognitive processes such as perception, thinking, memory and decision-making through the study of "emotional turn". They believe that emotion and rationality are equally important. They also point out that emotion is not a single psychological expression of an individual, but more as a relationship to break through the individual, Empathy, as emotion, has become one of the keys to human communication.

With the development of network technology, short video as a new form of media communication, through sharing technology, breaks the language barriers, breaks through the cultural boundaries and melts the cultural barriers, which is easier for people to understand. In the era of social media, short video is spread in the way of "emotional involvement", which is easier to stimulate the emotional resonance of the audience, and provides a new idea and innovation path for "telling a good Chinese story" and increasing cultural identity.

On January 25, 2021, Li Ziqi broke the Guinness world record of "the most subscribed YouTube Chinese channel" with 14.1 million YouTube subscriptions. The video was watched about 2 billion times, and almost all comments from overseas netizens praised her video, which is not only based on the de-contextualization and individualization of short videos, And the use of empathy in emotion to make Chinese culture better understood and recognized. In the fast-paced life, the idyllic life created by Li Ziqi soothes people's emotions and alleviates the anxiety of modern life. The video has been widely recognized by overseas audiences, and meets people's psychological and emotional needs to release pressure. It not only successfully spreads Chinese food, but also enables overseas audiences to better understand and identify with Chinese culture.

It is found that empathy in human emotion is the link of emotional connection between people. Realizing empathy can reduce cultural barriers in external communication and strengthen cultural exchange. Empathy theory is applied to short video communication to achieve emotional resonance with the audience, provide new ideas for "telling a good Chinese story", and provide a new path and space for the dissemination of Chinese culture, so as to enhance China's discourse power and status in the world and shape the image of a big country.
