摘要 | 国有企业始终我国国民经济发展过程中的中坚力量,思想政治工作贯穿于国有企业各项工作,是国有企业平稳发展的生命线。当前形势下国有企业正处于全面深化改革关键时期,面临供给侧结构性改革挑战,承担生态文明建设义务,肩负实现绿色发展重任,都要求国有企业领导者及其广大干部职工,转变思想观念,在政治素质、法律意识、思想道德水平、心理健康建设等方面不断提升以应对新形势下国有企业所面对的新挑战,时代发展对国有企业的新要求。因此,思想政治工作之于国有企业自身整体发展及国有企业全体职工个人全面发展极为重要,想要更高质量完成国有企业思想政治工作更需以国有企业实际发展经营状况为根,从源头关注职工现实需要,汲取并传承国有企业思想政治工作取得的宝贵经验与优良成果,挖掘且分析国有企业思想政治工作进程中仍存在的短板与不足,在实际工作中不断丰富改进国有企业思想政治工作内容及方法,以此推动国有企业改革进一步深化。 本文以甘肃省兰州市一国有企业兰州西固热电公司为例,通过问卷调查法及访谈法结合对该国有企业的实地走访,对其职工当前基本思想情况以及在工作中思想上出现的问题进行调研分析;对其当前阶段思想政治工作开展现状及思想政治工作在实际开展过程中所取得的成绩及不足之处进行总结整合;最后根据调查结果,针对该国有企业在思想政治工作实际开展过程中存在的不足及薄弱环节,从不断强化党的领导及思想政治工作重要性,进一步提升思想政治工作内容靶向性,在现有经验基础上深入提升国有企业思想政治工作方式方法创新力度,继续建立完善职工心理健康机制几方面提出相应对策以求不断完善国有企业思想政治工作。在调查基础上根据新形势下国有企业所面对的新挑战以及对国有企业提出的新要求,针对现有问题与不足提出解决对策,进一步完善丰富国有企业思想政治工作。一方面,希望能够为兰州西固热电公司持续推进全面深化改革不断完善思想政治工作提供一些帮助,另一方面,希望能以微知著为其他国有企业提供一些可资借鉴的方法。 |
英文摘要 | State-owned enterprises have always been the backbone of the development of my country's national economy. Ideological and political work runs through all the work of state-owned enterprises and is the lifeline of the steady development of state-owned enterprises. Under the current situation, state-owned enterprises are in a critical period of comprehensively deepening reforms, facing the challenge of supply-side structural reforms, assuming the responsibility of ecological civilization construction, and shouldering the important task of achieving green development. All state-owned enterprise leaders and their cadres and employees are required to change their minds. Concepts, political quality, legal awareness, ideological level, mental health, and other aspects are continuously improved to cope with the new challenges faced by state-owned enterprises under the new situation, and the new requirements of the development of the times for state-owned enterprises. Therefore, ideological and political work is extremely important for the overall development of state-owned enterprises and the overall development of all employees of state-owned enterprises. To complete the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises with higher quality, it is necessary to take the actual development and operation of state-owned enterprises as the root and start from the source. Pay attention to the actual needs of employees, absorb and inherit the valuable experience and excellent results obtained in the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises, explore and analyze the shortcomings and shortcomings that still exist in the process of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises, and continuously enrich and improve the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises in actual work content and methods to promote the further deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises. This article takes the state-owned enterprise Lanzhou Xigu Thermal Power Company as an example, through the questionnaire survey method and interview method combined with field visits to the state-owned enterprise, the current basic ideological situation of its employees and the ideological problems that arise in the work are investigated and analyzed; The current status of ideological and political work at the current stage, as well as the achievements and shortcomings achieved in the actual development of ideological and political work, are summarized and integrated; finally, based on the survey results, the state-owned enterprise’s existing ideological and political work in the actual development process is summarized and integrated. Insufficiency and weaknesses, from continuously strengthening the party’s leadership and the importance of ideological and political work, further enhancing the content targeting of ideological and political work, deepening the innovation of the ideological and political work methods of state-owned enterprises on the basis of existing experience, and continuing to establish and improve employees The mental health mechanism proposes corresponding countermeasures in order to continuously improve the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises. On the basis of investigation, in accordance with the new challenges faced by state-owned enterprises under the new situation and the new requirements for state-owned enterprises, solutions to existing problems and deficiencies are proposed to further improve and enrich the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises. On the one hand, I hope to provide some help for the Lanzhou Xigu Thermal Power Company to continuously deepen the reform and improve its ideological and political work. On the other hand, I hope that it can provide other state-owned enterprises with some methods that can be used for reference. |
