摘要 | 随着中国经济迈入高质量发展阶段,推动制造业企业提升其绿色创新效率,朝着智能化和绿色化方向前进是这一阶段的目标之一。同时,在党的二十大报告中提出了要让数字经济和实体经济进行深度融合。数字产业作为数字技术与绿色创新之间的关键纽带,为制造业企业绿色创新效率的提升创造了契机。数字产业集聚凭借着知识和技术外溢等方式,不仅能够帮助企业优化资源配置,降低绿色研发成本,还能借助创新平台加速绿色技术的扩散。然而,由于制造业企业内部治理水平和所处行业的不同,会造成数字产业集聚对其绿色创新效率产生不同效果。因此,在此背景下,进一步深度挖掘两者之间的关联,分析数字产业集聚对制造业企业绿色创新效率的影响机理,对优化区域数字产业布局、完善绿色创新政策体系具有现实意义。 本文通过对数字产业集聚和制造业企业绿色创新效率的演变过程进行分析,运用相关理论知识并选取2007-2022年制造业企业的面板数据,系统论证和检验了数字产业集聚对制造业企业绿色创新效率产生了什么影响以及其具体的作用机制。研究结果显示:第一,数字产业集聚的发展在区域间存在不均衡现象;第二,数字产业集聚能够有效提升制造业企业绿色创新效率;第三,对于高科技行业和非重污染行业,数字产业集聚的促进作用更为突出;第四,数字产业集聚可通过缓解融资约束和增强企业动态能力,提高制造业企业的绿色创新效率;第五,高管薪酬粘性在此过程中发挥了显著的调节作用,粘性更高的企业更有助于实现长期绿色创新目标。 通过梳理本文的研究结论,针对性地提出相关建议:第一,通过加快完善各地区的数字基础设施建设,促进各区域数字产业集聚水平均衡提升;第二,对于不同行业特征实施差异化政策,鼓励非高科技企业加强技术共享和协作创新,支持重污染企业加快绿色转型,实现经济与环境的协同发展;第三,完善绿色金融支持体系,加大对绿色技术研发的资金投入,缓解制造业企业的融资压力;第四,注重提升企业的动态能力,尤其是要帮助企业增强适应性,以应对市场和技术的变革;第五,优化企业内部治理,强化高管薪酬激励并提高薪酬粘性,鼓励企业将关注点放在长期的绿色创新目标上面。 |
英文摘要 | As China's economy enters a stage of high-quality development, one of the goals of this stage is to promote manufacturing enterprises to improve their green innovation efficiency and move towards intelligence and greening. At the same time, the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to deeply integrate the digital economy and the real economy. As the key link between digital technology and green innovation, the digital industry has created an opportunity to improve the green innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises. Digital industry agglomeration can not only help enterprises optimize resource allocation and reduce green R&D costs through knowledge and technology spillover, but also accelerate the diffusion of green technology with the help of innovation platforms. However, due to the different internal governance levels of manufacturing enterprises and the industries they are in, digital industry agglomeration will have different effects on their green innovation efficiency. Therefore, in this context, further exploring the relationship between the two and analyzing the impact mechanism of digital industry agglomeration on the green innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises have practical significance for optimizing the regional digital industry layout and improving the green innovation policy system. This paper analyzes the evolution of digital industry agglomeration and green innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises, applies relevant theoretical knowledge and selects panel data of manufacturing enterprises from 2007 to 2022, and systematically demonstrates and examines the impact of digital industry agglomeration on the green innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises and its specific mechanism of action. The research results show that: first, the development of digital industry agglomeration is uneven among regions; second, digital industry agglomeration can effectively improve the green innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises; third, for high-tech industries and non-heavy pollution industries, the promotion effect of digital industry agglomeration is more prominent; fourth, digital industry agglomeration can improve the green innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises by easing financing constraints and enhancing the dynamic capabilities of enterprises; fifth, the stickiness of executive compensation plays a significant regulatory role in this process, and enterprises with higher stickiness are more conducive to achieving long-term green innovation goals. By combing through the research conclusions of this article, relevant suggestions are put forward in a targeted manner: First, by accelerating the improvement of digital infrastructure construction in various regions, promote the balanced improvement of the digital industry agglomeration level in various regions; second, implement differentiated policies for different industry characteristics, encourage non-high-tech enterprises to strengthen technology sharing and collaborative innovation, support heavily polluting enterprises to accelerate green transformation, and achieve coordinated development of economy and environment; third, improve the green financial support system, increase capital investment in green technology research and development, and alleviate the financing pressure of manufacturing enterprises; fourth, focus on improving the dynamic capabilities of enterprises, especially to help enterprises enhance their adaptability to cope with market and technological changes; fifth, optimize internal corporate governance, strengthen executive salary incentives and increase salary stickiness, and encourage enterprises to focus on long-term green innovation goals. |
