金融是现代经济的核心，对于经济发展和社会生活具有重要地位和作用。随着中国农村经济的快速发展以及金融改革的不断深化，金融资源如何更有效地服务于乡村振兴战略成为关键问题之一。金融的高质量发展对于促进农村经济社会全面进步有至关重要的作用，乡村振兴需要金融资源的有效配置和高效服务作为支撑，两者之间存在密切的相互促进关系。西北经济区整体经济发展状况相对落后，金融资源薄弱，是乡村振兴战略实施的重点区域之一，因此深入探究该地区金融高质量发展与乡村振兴的耦合协调水平，有助于我们更好地理解金融与乡村振兴之间的内在联系，把握农村经济发展的方向。‌

首先，本文在系统阐述金融高质量发展与乡村振兴耦合协调机理的基础上，构建二者评价指标体系并确定指标权重，量化测算出2011-2022年西北经济区中各城市的金融高质量发展与乡村振兴发展水平；然后通过平稳性检验、格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应函数和方差分解来检验其动态关联，验证二者长期均衡关系；并且进一步运用耦合协调度模型和空间数据分析模型从时间和空间两个维度对两个系统间的耦合协调关系进行实证检验，分析其演变过程；随后运用灰色关联度模型对两系统和耦合协调度进行关联度分析，并通过面板数据计量模型对影响两系统耦合协调度水平的因素进行研究；最后，基于前文的实证研究及结论，提出相应的建议。

研究结果表明：（1）西北经济区金融高质量发展与乡村振兴的发展水平存在地区差异，但总体呈现稳步上升的状态。其中西安市的金融高质量发展与乡村振兴发展水平最好；（2）西北经济区金融高质量发展与乡村振兴的耦合协调水平存在不平衡的现象并且上升趋势缓慢。总的来看各市均呈现上升的态势，但是协调水平较低。2011年轻度失调城市占比较多，2022年初级协调城市占比最多；（3）西北经济区金融高质量发展与乡村振兴的耦合协调具有显著正相关关系，并呈现高低极化集聚特征。全局与局部分析揭示了两者的耦合协调度存在空间依赖效应。（4）灰色关联度分析体现出两系统与耦合协调度的关联度较高，但各市间关联度间存在差异，也反映出各城市影响耦合协调的因素不同；（5）影响金融高质量发展与乡村振兴耦合协调水平的因素较为复杂，产业驱动力、人力资本、城镇化水平、经济发展程度和政府驱动力均产生不同程度的正向影响。

基于研究的结论，提出完善金融支持政策，提高耦合协调稳定性；克服技术创新短板，因地制宜提升科技创新效率；加强人才培养和组织保障等建议。

Finance is the core of modern economy and plays an important role in economic development and social life. With the rapid development of China's rural economy and the continuous deepening of financial reforms, how financial resources can more effectively serve the rural revitalization strategy has become one of the key issues. The high-quality development of finance plays a crucial role in promoting the comprehensive progress of rural economy and society. Rural revitalization requires effective allocation of financial resources and efficient services as support, and there is a close mutual promotion relationship between the two. The overall economic development status of the Northwest Economic Zone is relatively backward, with weak financial resources, making it one of the key areas for implementing the rural revitalization strategy. Therefore, in-depth exploration of the coupling and coordination level between high-quality financial development and rural revitalization in the region can help us better understand the inherent connection between finance and rural revitalization, and grasp the direction of rural economic development. ‌

Firstly, based on a systematic exposition of the coupling and coordination mechanism between high-quality financial development and rural revitalization, this article constructs an evaluation index system for both and determines the weights of the indicators, quantitatively calculating the level of high-quality financial development and rural revitalization development in each city in the Northwest Economic Zone from 2011 to 2022; Then, the dynamic correlation between the two is tested through stationarity test, Granger causality test, impulse response function, and variance decomposition to verify their long-term equilibrium relationship; Furthermore, the coupling coordination degree model and spatial data analysis model are used to empirically test the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems from the dimensions of time and space, and analyze its evolution process; Subsequently, the grey correlation model was used to analyze the correlation between the two systems and the coupling coordination degree, and the factors affecting the level of coupling coordination between the two systems were studied through a panel data econometric model; Finally, based on the empirical research and conclusions presented earlier, corresponding suggestions are proposed.

The research results indicate that: (1) There are regional differences in the development level of high-quality financial development and rural revitalization in the Northwest Economic Zone, but overall it shows a steady upward trend. Among them, Xi'an has the best level of high-quality financial development and rural revitalization development; (2) The coupling and coordination level between high-quality financial development and rural revitalization in the Northwest Economic Zone is unbalanced and the upward trend is slow. Overall, all cities are showing an upward trend, but the level of coordination is relatively low. In 2011, the proportion of mildly imbalanced cities was relatively high, and in 2022, the proportion of primary coordinated cities was the highest; (3) The coupling and coordination between high-quality financial development and rural revitalization in the Northwest Economic Zone have a significant positive correlation and exhibit high and low polarization clustering characteristics. The global and local analysis reveals the spatial dependence effect of the coupling coordination between the two. (4) The grey correlation analysis shows a high correlation between the two systems and the coupling coordination degree, but there are differences in the correlation degree between cities, which also reflects the different factors that affect the coupling coordination degree in each city; (5) The factors that affect the coupling and coordination level between high-quality financial development and rural revitalization are relatively complex, with varying degrees of positive effects generated by industrial driving force, human capital, urbanization level, economic development level, and government driving force.

Based on the research findings, propose to improve financial support policies and enhance coupling coordination stability; Overcoming the shortcomings of technological innovation and improving the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation according to local conditions; Suggestions for strengthening talent cultivation and organizational support.
