摘要

由于全球能源危机和环保意识的不断增强,在全球低碳转型和碳达峰、碳中和目标的驱动下,新能源产业是增长速度最快、前景广阔的新赛道之一,成为国内经济亮点和经济增长的重要推动力。其中,新能源汽车企业发展较为迅速,它们进行国际化是为了寻求增长机会,获取资源和技术并提升企业自身的竞争力,带来更广阔的市场、更多利润和更多创新机会,获得异质性资源用于生产研发,从而企业竞争力和创新能力得到提升。创新是企业发展的核心动力,企业通过创新推出新产品参与市场竞争,实现企业的可持续性发展。因此,本文以中国新能源汽车企业为研究对象,研究其国际化程度与创新绩效关系,了解二者之间的作用机制,为同行业企业提升创新绩效提供参考,助力中国新能源汽车业发展。

根据知识基础观理论、企业国际化理论等相关理论,认为企业国际化程度对创新绩效存在显著的正向影响。研究基于国泰安数据库等数据库选取中国新能源汽车整车制造企业这一研究对象,用企业专利申请量和企业海外营业收入占总营收比重分别衡量创新绩效、企业国际化程度。查找2010-2023年A股上市中国新能源汽车企业的面板样本数据,构建时间固定效应模型,分析企业国际化程度与创新绩效的关系,针对基准回归进行稳健性检验、内生性检验和异质性检验。另外,选取行业代表性企业比亚迪作为个案分析,以期为同行业企业提供发展经验。

研究结果表明,企业国际化程度对创新绩效产生了正向显著影响。基准回归结果显示在不加入任何控制变量时回归系数为37.701;加入控制变量后,回归系 数为30.277,结果表明随着企业国际化程度的深化,企业的创新绩效会得到提升。比亚迪国际化发展案例证明企业进行国际化能够获取更多企业知识,企业自身优势的加持创新新产品、发明新技术,使企业在市场中获取利润,企业创新绩效得到提升。企业在不同国际化模式下获取到的资源有差异,通过知识转移推动企业创新,企业是否直接参与当地运营决定了企业创新动力的强弱,进而对企业创新绩效产生影响。最后,本文从推动国际化战略与创新战略深度协同发展、深化国际资源整合、培育国际化创新人才夯实创新发展根基等方面提出相应的对策建议。

Due to the global energy crisis and the continuous enhancement of environmental awareness, under the drive of global low-carbon transformation and the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the new energy industry is one of the fastest-growing and most promising new sectors, becoming a highlight of the domestic economy and an important driving force for economic growth. Among them, new energy vehicle enterprises have developed rapidly. Their internationalization is aimed at seeking growth opportunities, obtaining resources and technologies, and enhancing their own competitiveness, bringing broader markets, more profits, and more innovation opportunities. Obtain heterogeneous resources for production and R&D, so as to improve the competitiveness and innovation capability of enterprises. Innovation is the core driving force for enterprise development. Enterprises promote new products through innovation to participate in market competition and achieve sustainable development. Therefore, this paper takes Chinese new energy vehicle enterprises as the research object to study the relationship between the degree of internationalization and innovation performance, understand the mechanism of action between the two, and provide references for enterprises in the same industry to improve innovation performance, and contribute to the development of China's new energy vehicle industry.

Based on the theory of knowledge-based view, enterprise internationalization and other relevant theories, it is believed that the degree of enterprise internationalization has a significant positive impact on innovation performance. The research selects the Chinese new energy vehicle manufacturers as the research object based on the CSMAR database, etc. It uses the number of patent applications by enterprises and the proportion of overseas revenue of enterprises to measure innovation performance and the degree of enterprise internationalization respectively. Panel sample data of A-share listed Chinese new energy vehicle enterprises from 2010 to 2023 are collected, and a time fixed effect model is constructed to examine the link between the extent of enterprises’ internationalization and innovation performance. Robustness tests, endogeneity tests and heterogeneity tests are conducted for the benchmark regression. In addition, selecting the industry representative company BYD as a case study aims to provide development experience for other companies in the same industry.

The research results show that the degree of internationalization of enterprises has a significant and positive impact on their innovation performance. The benchmark regression results show that the regression coefficient is 37.701 when no control variables are added; after adding control variables, the regression coefficient is 30.277. The results show that with the deepening of the internationalization of enterprises, the innovation performance has been improved. The case of BYD's internationalization development proves that enterprises can obtain more enterprise knowledge through internationalization, and with the support of their own advantages, they can innovate new products and invent new technologies, enabling enterprises to obtain profits in the market and enhance innovation performance. The resources obtained by enterprises in different internationalization modes are different. Knowledge transfer promotes enterprise innovation, and whether enterprises directly participate in local operations determines the strength of their innovation drive, which in turn affects innovation performance. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of promoting the in-depth coordinated development of internationalization strategy and innovation strategy, deepening the integration of international resources, and cultivating internationalized innovative talents to consolidate the foundation of innovative development.
