Currently, the global climate environment is showing diverse and abnormal changes, and governments around the world are increasingly paying attention to the use of clean energy.China is solidly promoting the construction of the"dual carbon"work, accelerating the formation of an industrial structure and production mode that can save resources and protect the environment. As one of the important means to address market climate change, carbon market construction is gradually being applied in national development policies and gradually influencing the formulation of long-term development strategies of enterprises.By studying the impact of establishing a carbon market on the operating costs of enterprises,we aim to encourage cost savings and promote green transformation.Based on the identified problems,we propose targeted response strategies and suggestions for enterprises.Through analysis,it can be concluded that although promoting the construction of a carbon market by the country may result in an increase in short-term costs,it can encourage enterprises to undergo green transformation, achieve sustainable development, and offset the impact of short-term cost increases. Therefore, enterprises can adapt to the influence of the social environment and implement strategic transformation.
