摘要	目前我国正处于经济转型的关键时期，新质生产力的发展是加快经济转型的关键，本文在政府视角下讨论了财政支出在新质生产力发展中的影响作用。首先，选择2014—2022年的省级数据，采用双向固定效应模型实证检验财政支出对新质生产力发展的影响作用，其次，对我国东中西部进行异质性分析。研究发现：一是扩大政府财政支出规模能够提升新质生产力。二是政府财政支出规模对新质生产力的影响在不同区域中具有异质性。东部地区的正向影响尤为突出，西部地区显现的是负向的影响，然而,中部地区并未显示出显著的关联性。
其他摘要	At present,our country is in the critical period of economic transition,the development of new quality productive forces is the key to accelerate the economic transition.In this paper,we discussed the influence of financial expenditure in the development of new quality productive forces under the government perspective.Firstly,we empirically test the effect of fiscal expenditure on the development of new quality productivity by using two-way fixed effect model based on 2014-2022 provincial data.Secondly,we analyze the heterogeneity of eastern,central and western regions of China.The findings are as follows:First,ex-panding the scale of government fiscal expenditure can improve the productivity of new quality.Second,the impact of the scale of government fiscal expenditure on new quality productivity is heterogeneous in differ-ent regions.The positive effect is particularly strong in the eastern region,and the negative effect in the western region.However,there is no significant correlation in the central region.
