摘要	边疆治理现代化作为国家治理现代化的重要内核,其有效路径深度嵌入国家治理能力提升的子系统中.在各民族"交往交流交融"背景中,在同频·互嵌·协进的分析框架下,通过分析现阶段边疆治理的现实梗阻及内在原因,从实际出发探赜边疆治理现代化路径,以期为我国边疆治理能力现代化寻求新思考.研究发现,政策和制度作为内在推动力影响着边疆治理能力的提升;多元治理主体参与是影响边疆治理能力现代化的关键性因子;要强化对边疆民众参与治理的动员路向;治理主体发挥关键作用体现为其治理的专业性和灵活性;乡镇作为边疆治理"基层单元"在中国式国家治理现代化道路中展现出独特性和重要角色.研究为边疆地区治理能力提升提供多元思路,为未来研究和边疆实践提供有益参考.
其他摘要	As a crucial core of the modernization of national governance,the modernization of frontier governance has an effective path deeply integrated into the subsystem of national governance capacity enhancement.Against the backdrop of"communication,interaction,and integration"among various ethnic groups,this study examines the current practical obstacles and internal causes of frontier governance and explores the modernization path of frontier governance based on the actual situation,with the aim of seeking new thinking for the modernization of frontier gov-ernance capacity in China.It is discovered that policies and institutions,as internal driving forces,impact the im-provement of frontier governance ability;The participation of multiple governance subjects is the key factor influenc-ing the modernization of border governance ability.It is essential to intensify the mobilization of border residents to engage in governance;The crucial role of the governing body is reflected in its professional and flexible governance;As the"basic unit"of frontier governance,the township plays a distinctive and significant role in the modernization of China's national governance.This study offers multiple ideas for enhancing the governance capacity of border ar-eas and constructs a governance model featuring embedded joint efforts and cooperation among border governance participants,enriching the textual content of national governance theories and providing valuable references for fu-ture research and frontier practice.
