摘要	2012年以来，居住空间分异日益受到政府、社会和学界的广泛关注，梳理其研究脉络及发展趋势对后续理论研究与规划建设具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。文中借助文献计量和CiteSpace可视化功能，分析了国内外城市居住空间分异的研究文献，结果表明：(1)国外相关研究起步较早，自20世纪初形成了不同学派的理论与实践研究体系；国内研究起步较晚但发展较快，在借鉴国外理论的基础上亦进入成熟阶段。(2)国际上的作者分布比较分散，而且大部分跨领域、跨机构合作较多；而国内作者分布分散且跨领域、跨机构合作较少，高校是其研究的中坚力量。(3)国际上的研究热点集中在居住隔离、“种族隔离”、空间隔离等方面，且模型定量分析、影响因素和动力机制等是其研究的前沿和趋势；国内则主要集中于空间分异、居住分异、居住空间等方面，且影响因素和机制政策等是其研究的前沿和趋势。最后，从立足国情构建具有中国特色的理论体系、借助互联网及大数据进行创新研究、运用多维指标精准地探测居住空间分异并预警、关注中小城市等充实研究案例、结合分异机制考虑尺度效应提出适合中国国情的城市居住空间分异调控策略等方面进行了展望。
其他摘要	Since 2012,urban residential spatial differentiation has received increasing attention from the gov-ernment,society and academia.Sorting out its research context and development trend has important theoretic-al significance and practical value for subsequent theoretical research,planning and construction.With the help of bibliometrics and CiteSpace visualization,this paper analyzes domestic and foreign research literature on urban residential spatial differentiation.The results show that:1)The relevant research in foreign countries started earlier,and different schools of theory and practice research systems have been formed since the early 20th century;Domestic research started late but developed rapidly,and has entered a mature stage based on learning from foreign theories.2)The distribution of international authors is relatively scattered,but most of them have more cross-field and cross-institutional cooperation is more;However,the distribution of domestic authors is scattered and cross-field and cross-institutional cooperation is less,and universities are the backbone of their research.3)International research focuses on residential segregation,racial segregation,and spatial se-gregation,and quantitative model analysis,influencing factors and dynamic mechanisms are the research fron-tier and trend;In China,it mainly focuses on spatial differentiation,residential differentiation,residential spa-tial,and other aspects,and influencing factors and policy mechanisms are the frontier and trend of its research.Finally,the paper looks forward from the aspects of building a theoretical system with Chinese characteristics based on the national conditions,using the internet and big data to carry out innovative research,using multidi-mensional indicators to accurately detect residential spatial differentiation and early warning,focusing on small and medium-sized cities to enrich the study case,considering the scale effect combined with the differentiation mechanism to propose regulation strategies for urban residential spatial differentiation suitable for China's na-tional conditions.
