摘要	随着全球经济的不断发展和市场竞争的日益激烈,质量已经成为企业竞争力的核心部分.在制造业领域,质量管理对企业的生存发展具有至关重要的作用.为推动经济高质量发展,我国政府提出建设质量强国的战略目标,并制定了一系列政策和措施.强调了质量监管数字化赋能的关键性,倡导推动质量控制全流程朝着信息化、网络化、智能化方向转型.本文通过分析伊利企业的数字化质量管理应用,运用PDCA方法进行分析,发现问题并总结经验,提出相应的建议与对策.
其他摘要	With the continuous development of global economy and increasingly fierce market competition,quality has become the core of enterprise competitiveness.In the field of manufacturing industry,quality management plays a vital role in the survival and development of enterprises.In order to promote high-quality economic development,China puts forward the strategic goal of building strength in quality,and has formulated a series of policies and measures.It emphasizes the key role of digital empowerment in quality regulation,and advocates the transformation of the whole process of quality control towards information,network,and intelligence.This paper analyzes the application of digital quality management in Yili Group,finds out problems using PDCA method,summarizes experience,and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.
