摘要

近些年来,随着物质文化的充实,我国人民越发追求精神层面上以及文化层面上的需求。除了使用传统的电视媒介之外,智能手机与互联网的普及使人们可以轻松实现“小屏幕,大世界”。由此,网络综艺节目应运而生并且呈现出蓬勃发展之势.各个视频平台竞争激烈,将企业的发展核心理念视作盈利或流量至上,我国网络综艺节目慢慢呈现了娱乐化、明星化的特点。针对这种乱象,我国有关部门不再坐视不管,出台了一系列的政策来应对,随着社会的进步,我国的公益事业进入了人们的视野并得到了较好的发展,在此前提下,我国的网络综艺节目在制作过程中纷纷开始融入了公益元素,开始由纯娱乐性转化为娱乐性与公益性兼具发展,腾讯公司与东方卫视联合创作的《忘不了餐厅》,便是将公益作为节目主题的公益类网络综艺节目,
文章将以媒介景观理论为主,通过案例分析法;内容分析法分析公益性慢综艺《忘不了餐厅》的传播过程以及传播策略。文章分为六个部分,第一部分为绪论,主要内容为研究的背景及意义,国内外研究现状,(媒介景观的研究,慢综艺的研究,公益性慢综艺的研究以及《忘不了餐厅》节目研究),研究方法与创新点。第二部分为相关概念界定,包括公益性慢综艺节目概念界定,慢综艺节目的定义,公益类慢综艺节目的定义,景观社会理论与媒介景观相关理论。第三部分为《忘不了餐厅》的媒介景观呈现,将从人物景观,场景景观以及文化景观三方面分析。第四部分公益性慢综艺《忘不了餐厅》的传播策略分析,主要包括公共性策略,偏离策略以及情感传播策略。第五部分为《忘不了餐厅》传播中建构公益价值的意义,主要分为追求审美与节目内涵的共同建构,引领多元主体参与公益坚守,强化主流文化价值观的巧妙引导三个方面,最后一部分为《忘不了餐厅》对公益性网络综艺的启示,其中包括传播中的不足与国内其他优秀节目的可借鉴之处。

 

英文摘要

In recent years, with the enrichment of material culture, the Chinese people have increasingly pursued spiritual and cultural needs. In addition to using traditional TV media, the popularity of smart phones and the Internet makes it easy for people to realize "small screen, big world". As a result, online variety shows have emerged and are showing a thriving trend of development. The competition among various video platforms is fierce, and the core development concept of enterprises is regarded as profit or traffic first. China's online variety shows are gradually showing the characteristics of entertainment and celebrity. In response to this chaos, relevant departments in China no longer sit idly by and have introduced a series of policies to deal with it. With the progress of society, China's public welfare has entered people's careers and achieved good development. Under this premise,China's online variety shows have begun to incorporate public welfare elements in the production process, transforming from pure entertainment to a combination of entertainment and public welfare. Tencent and Oriental TV jointly created "Can't Forget Restaurant", which is a public welfare online variety show with public welfare as its theme.
The article is divided into 5 parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly covers the background and significance of the research, the current research status at home and abroad, (research on media landscapeslow variety shows, public welfare slow variety shows, and the program"Can't Forget Restaurant"), research methods, and innovative points. The second part is the definition of relevant concepts, including the definition of public welfare slow variety shows, the definition of slow variety shows, the definition of public welfare slow variety shows, landscape society theory, and media landscape related theories. The third part is the presentation of media landscape in"Can't Forget Restaurant", which will be analyzed from three aspects: character landscape, scene landscape, and cultural landscape. The fourth part is an analysis of the communication strategy of the public welfare slow variety show "Can't Forget Restaurant", mainly including public strategy, deviation strategy, and emotional communication strategy. The fifth part is about the significance of constructing public welfare values in the dissemination of"Unforgettable Restaurant", mainly divided into three parts: pursuing the joint construction of aesthetics and program content, guiding diverse subjects to participate in public welfare, and strengthening the clever guidance of mainstream cultural values.The final part is the inspiration of"Can't Forget Restaurant" for public welfare online variety shows, including the shortcomings and positive significance in dissemination.
