    本篇研究主要结论是针对相关生产线生产过程质量管控进行优化，提升了产线平衡，消除了生产过程浪费点，同时有效提高了产品本身的质量水平，这对于提高该公司的过程质量管控水平提升具有较好的指导意义，同时也为其他类似企业提供了参考。

Secondly, this article provides an overview of the actual operation of the production process of instrument harnesses at LEONI Company, identifying key issues in quality control during the production process of instrument harnesses. The main problems lie in the urgent need for optimization and improvement in production line balance, production process waste, and product quality control. Furthermore, this article conducts a specific analysis of the current situation of the problems and uses methods such as lean production theory to summarize and summarize the problems in the quality control of the production process of relevant production lines. It clarifies the direction and methods of rectification, with the aim of effectively solving the problems of production line balance, process waste, and product quality. Through further analysis and research of these three aspects, corresponding rectification measures are formulated.
