文物作为历史的见证和文化的载体，承载着中华民族深远的记忆与智慧。在弘扬中华优秀传统文化的进程中，文博类纪录片以其真实性和生动性，发挥着重要的作用。且微纪录作为新媒体时代中的产物，以其短小精悍、易于传播的特点，让人们可以通过碎片化的时间吸收中华优秀传统文化。而文化记忆作为民族自信心建构的基础，是民族凝聚、民族身份认同建构的关键。如何将中国传统文化记忆以更深刻的方式烙印在国人心中并对文化记忆进行构建和传承，增强文化认同感，是我们应该思索的问题。《如果国宝会说话》无疑是文化传承与创新的典范，其是由中央电视台纪录频道制作的一档微纪录片，将一百件国宝文物浓缩在五分钟的视频中，让国宝“开口说话”，借国宝之口解密文化记忆，从上古时代到宋元明清的文物，无一不蕴含着中华民族的智慧和情感，都在讲述国宝背后鲜为人知的传奇故事，带领观众读懂中华文化，记忆文化。

本文以“文化记忆”为理论基础，以《如果国宝会说话》为个案研究，采用半结构式访谈等方法，根据该微纪录片文本探究其唤醒和重构文化记忆的具体实践，在分析其构建记忆路径的基础上，研究《如果国宝会说话》如何在记忆的选择与呈现中重塑记忆，实现文化记忆的再生产，加之访谈对象对微纪录片的观点看法，进而完成观众对文化认同的建构。

本文研究发现，《如果国宝会说话》注重从当下受众所需出发，紧追“碎片化”观看习惯趋势，紧扣时代脉搏，善于运用现代媒介技术和创新的表达方式让文化记忆建构活泼起来，让文化记忆潜移默化地融入现实生活。《如果国宝会说话》对文化记忆的充分呈现，强化了自身的身份认同，从而有效地提升了文化记忆。从梳理媒介对文化记忆的建构路径和意义，从而为文博类微纪录如何实现文化记忆提供借鉴与思考。

The cultural relics bear the weight of profound cultural memories, playing a crucial role in inheriting and promoting excellent traditional Chinese culture. Documentary films in the cultural and historical genre, due to their authenticity, serve as vital mediums for presenting cultural memories. Micro-documentaries, emerging as a product of the new media era, play an indispensable role in cultural communication. Cultural memory, foundational to the construction of national confidence, is key to national cohesion and identity formation. Reflecting on how to engrave traditional Chinese cultural memory in a more profound way, constructing and inheriting cultural memory, and enhancing cultural identity are questions we should contemplate."Every Treasure Tells a Story"is a micro-documentary produced by CCTV Documentary Channel. Condensing a hundred national treasures into a five-minute video, it gives voice to these treasures, decrypting cultural memories and revealing the unknown legendary stories behind artifacts from ancient times to the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. It guides the audience to understand Chinese culture and memorize it.

This study, grounded in the theory of "cultural memory" and centered on "Every Treasure Tells a Story", employs methods like semi-structured interviews. It explores the specific practices of awakening and reconstructing cultural memory within the micro-documentary. By analyzing its construction of memory paths, the study investigates how the documentary reshapes memory in the selection and presentation, accomplishing the reproduction of cultural memory. Additionally, it considers the perspectives of interviewees on the micro-documentary, completing the construction of cultural identity among the audience.

The research reveals that "Every Treasure Tells a Story" focuses on the current audience's needs, closely following the trend of fragmented viewing habits. It captures the pulse of the times, skillfully utilizing modern media technology and innovative expressions to make the construction of cultural memory lively and seamlessly integrate it into real life. The documentary's thorough presentation of cultural memory strengthens its own identity and effectively enhances cultural memory. Summarizing the media's role in constructing the path and significance of cultural memory, this study provides insights and reflections on how cultural and historical micro-documentaries can achieve the goal of cultural memory.
