摘要	每个时代都有自己需要完成的使命，也蕴藏着独特的精神烙印，而形成的精神都是民族发展过程中不朽的勋章与财富。在新中国成立之初，以石油工人们为核心，形成的铁人精神体现了彼时中华儿女的精神风貌，展现了我国人民热爱祖国、艰苦奋斗、自强不息、无私奉献的高尚品格，勉励后人勇往直前、不断进取。在新的历史时期下，继承和弘扬铁人精神是践行社会主义核心价值观的必然举措，也是推动国家发展、民族进步的必然要求。随着时代的发展，国家文化软实力的竞争日益激烈，也成为核心竞争的重要组成部分。铁人精神是民族精神和时代精神的集中体现，具有丰厚的内涵意蕴，是我们珍贵的精神财富，中学生作为中华民族伟大复兴征程上的后备力量，其思想道德境界和自身品质好坏关乎到自身前途命运，更与中华民族伟大事业的发展息息相关。因此，文章以铁人精神融入中学思想政治教育为研究主题，具有重要的理论与实际应用价值。本文全面系统地梳理了铁人精神与思想政治教育的相关内容，并采用了文献研究、问卷调查和访谈等方法，深度探讨了铁人精神在中学思想政治教育中的现状以及影响其发展的因素。基于此，探寻将铁人精神融入中学思想政治教育的实践途径。文章首先对铁人精神相关概念进行阐释，主要概括铁人精神的核心内容、理论依据以及现实应用价值，为铁人精神融入中学思想政治教育提供理论支撑。其次，在深入调查的基础上对中学生基于铁人精神的认知与践行方面的积极表现以及存在的问题进行总结。继而从铁人精神融入中学思想政治教育的学生层面、学校层面、社会层面，找出现阶段铁人精神融入中学思想政治教育存在问题的原因所在。相应地从学生、学校和社会三个角度，探讨当前中学思想政治教育中铁人精神存在的问题及其根源，以期为铁人精神与中学思想政治教育的融合提供行之有效的路径。最后得出结论,必须始终坚守用科学的理念和手段塑造青少年的人格，致力于培育能胜任民族重大责任的新一代人才。
英文摘要	From the start, each epoch had a mission to accomplish, and each era held an exclusive spiritual essence; this spirit was immortalized as a medal and wealth in the advancement of national progress. At the inception of New China, the Iron Man spirit formed with oil workers as the core reflected the spiritual outlook of Chinese sons and daughters at that time,showed the noble character of our people's love for the motherland, hard work, selfimprovement and selfless dedication, and encouraged future generations to go forward bravely and keep forging ahead. The Iron Man spirit must be passed on to ensure the implementation of socialist core values and for national progress, as it is an unavoidable necessity in this new era. As the times have progressed, the rivalry between countries for cultural soft power has become more intense, and it has become a critical component of the core competition. The essence of the Iron man spirit represents the essence of our nation and the current era, and holds great depth and significance as our valuable spiritual heritage. In the grand journey of revitalizing the Chinese nation, the moral and intellectual development of middle school students plays a crucial role in shaping their own futures and the destiny of our nation's progress.Consequently, the article employs Iron Man's spirit in ideological and political instruction within middle schools as its research topic, which has both theoretical and practical implications.
