摘要	党的十八大以来，习近平总书记多次强调注重家庭、家教、家风，并将家风建设与社会主义核心价值观紧密结合。社会主义核心价值观为优良家风培育提供了正确的价值导向，优良家风是践行和弘扬社会主义核心价值观的重要载体，因此，优良家风培育具有重要的现实意义。藏区是我国重要的少数民族地区，具有独特的文化背景，青少年是民族地区发展的重要力量，探究藏区青少年优良家风培育，不仅能够促进青少年思想政治教育工作，而且对于推动社会主义核心价值观在藏区传播和践行，推动藏区经济社会发展、促进民族团结等方面都具有重要的实践价值。本文以问题意识为导向，将优良家风培育作为主线，运用文献研究法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，分别从理论基础、培育现状和培育路径三个维度展开研究。首先，本文厘清家风、优良家风相关概念及其基本特征，并从马克思关于家庭教育的思想、党的历代领导人关于家风建设的论述、中国传统家风家训文化分析本文的理论基础。其次，阐释了藏区青少年优良家风培育的必要性，从国家、社会、个人等层面归纳了藏区青少年优良家风培育内容。再次，以甘南地区为例进行实证研究，研究重点选取了甘南地区的部分青少年及家长群体作为调查对象，通过问卷调查和访谈，了解藏区青少年优良家风培育的现状，包括优良家风培育的认知情况、培育情况及优良家风培育的方法与途径三个层面，深入挖掘优良家风培育过程中存在的问题，并对问题产生的原因进行分析。最后，试图通过“四维向度”多角度指引家风、“长效机制”全链条贯通优良家风、“多措并举”全方位共育优良家风、“春风化雨”宽领域承载优良家风、“知情意行” 全过程贯通优良家风四个维度，为藏区青少年优良家风培育提供具有可操作性的对策建议，以期通过优良家风培育促使青少年成为德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。
英文摘要	Since the 18th CPC National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasised the importance of family, family education and family style, and has closely integrated the construction of family style with socialist core values. Socialist core values provide correct value guidance for the cultivation of good family style, and good family style is an important carrier for practicing and carrying forward socialist core values, therefore, the cultivation of good family style has important practical significance. Tibetan area is an important ethnic minority area in China, with unique cultural background, youth is an important force for the development of ethnic areas, explore the cultivation of good family style of youth in Tibetan area, not only can promote the ideological and political education work of youth, but also has an important practical value for promoting the dissemination of socialist core values in Tibetan area and practice, promoting the economic and social development of Tibetan area, and promoting the unity of the nation and other aspects. This paper takes problem awareness as the guide, takes the cultivation of good family style as the main line, and utilizes literature research method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to carry out the research from the theoretical foundation, the cultivation status quo and the cultivation path in three dimensions respectively. Firstly, this paper clarifies the concepts of family style, good family style and its basic characteristics, and analyzes the theoretical foundation of this paper from Marx's thoughts on family education, the discourses of successive leaders of the Party on the construction of family style, and the traditional Chinese family style and family training culture. Secondly, it explains the necessity of cultivating good family style among the youth in Tibetan area, and summarizes the contents of cultivating good family style among the youth in Tibetan area from the levels of the state, society and individuals. Once again, take Gannan area as an example to carry out empirical research, the study focuses on some of the youth and parents in Gannan area as the survey object, through questionnaires and interviews, to understand the current situation of the cultivation of good family style of Tibetan youth, including the cognitive situation of the cultivation of good family style, cultivation situation, and the methods and means of cultivation of good family style of the three dimensions, to deeply excavate the problems in the process of cultivation of good family style and analyze the causes of the problems. It also analyzes the reasons for the problems. Finally, it tries to guide the family style from multiple angles through the "four-dimensional direction", "long-term mechanism" to pass through the whole chain of good family style, and "multiple measures" to cultivate good family style in all aspects, The four dimensions of "spring breeze and rain", "knowledge and intention", and "the whole process", provide operable countermeasures for the cultivation of good family style for young people in the Tibetan area, with a view to promoting young people to be Through the cultivation of good family style, we hope to encourage young people to become qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physicality, aesthetics and labor.
