摘要	“十四五”国民经济发展规划将数字经济定位为重点发展领域，标志着数字技术与产业的深度融合已成为推动各行各业数字化转型的核心动力。在这一大背景下，商业银行作为金融体系的重要组成部分，积极开展数字化转型不仅是响应国家政策的需要，更是提升自身竞争力、适应市场变化的必然选择。目前商业银行数字化转型仍不成熟，具体表现在转型战略和实现路径两方面仍有待改进。近些年，银行业竞争愈发激烈，再加上金融脱媒危机、国内经济整体有所下滑等因素，商业银行的数字化变革已是必然趋势。近年来，国内外研究人员研究商业银行数字化转型的主要研究方向集中在商业银行数字化转型的策略以及路径上，并且运用实证研究较多，而关于商业银行提供数字化转型对其整体绩效的研究并不多见，尤其选取案例研究法的文献较少。本文以北京银行为例，采用文献研究以及案例分析进行研究写作，本文介绍了北京银行数字化转型动因、目标以及转型过程和转型措施。然后，建立绩效评级体系，从四个方面对北京银行进行绩效分析。根据北京银行 2013 年—2022 年的绩效数据进行纵向对比，继而分析数字化转型前后的差异，再接着与同类型同规模银行的绩效指标进行横向比较，如江苏银行、宁波银行、上海银行、华夏银行。通过对以上数据的总结与分析，得到了数字化转型下北京银行的整体绩效发展成果。最后，根据具体分析，总结出了北京银行数字化转型的研究结论以及转型案例启示。通过此案例分析，希望能够为其他商业银行在数字化转型方面提供一定的经验借鉴和启示。
英文摘要	The "14th Five-year Plan" for National Economic Development identifies the digital economy as a key development area, indicating that the deep integration of digital technology and industry has become the core driving force for digital transformation in all walks of life. In this context, as an important part of the financial system, commercial banks actively carry out digital transformation is not only to respond to national policies, but also to enhance their competitiveness and adapt to market changes. At present, the digital transformation of commercial banks is still immature, which is embodied in the transformation strategy and the realization path. In recent years, the competition in the banking industry has become more and more fierce, and the financial disintermediation crisis, the domestic economy has declined. In recent years, researchers at home and abroad focus on the strategies and paths of digital transformation of commercial banks,and there are many empirical studies on it. In this paper, Beijing Bank as an example, using literature research and case study, this paper describes the Beijing Bank of digital transformation, objectives and transformation process and transformation measures. Then, the establishment of performance rating system, from four aspects of Beijing Bank performance analysis. Based on the performance data of Bank of Beijing from 2013 to 2022,this paper analyzes the differences before and after the digital transformation, and then compares the performance indicators of banks of the same type and size,such as Jiangsu Bank, Ningbo Bank, Shanghai Bank and Huaxia Bank. Through the summary and analysis of the above data, we get the overall performance development results of Bank of Beijing under the digital transformation. Finally,according to the concrete analysis, summarizes the Beijing bank digitization transformation research conclusion as well as the transformation case enlightenment. Through this case analysis, I hope to provide some experience and enlightenment for other commercial banks in digital transformation.
