  制造业在国民经济中占据举足轻重的地位。其发展水平不仅直接关系到国家的综合国力，更成为现代化经济体系建设过程中的核心驱动力。因此，推动制造业的高质量发展，对于我国经济体系的建设与发展具有至关重要的意义。

  本文借助金融学、经济学和统计学的相关理论与知识，聚焦于数字普惠金融与先进制造业的高质量发展，通过深入分析山东省在这两个领域的发展现状、互动关系及其影响因素，旨在提出促进山东省先进制造业高质量发展的策略，并探讨对中国先进制造业发展的更广泛影响。

  本文通过对国内外相关文献进行梳理，明确了山东省数字普惠金融的发展背景及先进制造业高质量发展的当前状况，探索了两者的相互作用机制。综合考虑创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大新发展理念，旨在构建一个全面衡量先进制造业高质量发展的指标体系。通过分析这些指标对先进制造业发展影响的相关性，应用熵值法来评估山东省先进制造业的发展水平，进而揭示其发展特征。

  随着中国数字普惠金融的迅速发展，本文根据新发展理念探讨了数字普惠金融对先进制造业高质量发展的作用机制。通过建立计量模型，并利用北京大学数字普惠金融指数进行实证分析，本文探讨了山东省数字普惠金融与先进制造业发展之间的关系，以及数字普惠金融如何通过产业结构优化和创新资本集聚等中介变量影响先进制造业的高质量发展。研究结果表明，数字普惠金融的发展正好满足了山东省先进制造业对金融服务的需求，有效促进了其高质量发展。基于这些发现，本文提出了具体的政策建议以促进未来发展。

  Manufacturing plays a pivotal role in the national economy. Its level of development not only directly affects a country's comprehensive national strength, but also serves as a core driving force in the construction of a modern economic system. Therefore, promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing is crucial for the construction and development of China's economic system.

  Drawing on relevant theories and knowledge from finance, economics, and statistics, this article focuses on the high-quality development of digital inclusive finance and advanced manufacturing. Through an in-depth analysis of the current development status, interactive relationships, and influencing factors of these two fields in Shandong Province, the article aims to propose strategies to promote the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing in Shandong Province and explore their broader implications for the development of China's advanced manufacturing industry.

  By sorting through relevant domestic and foreign literature, this article clarifies the development background of digital inclusive finance in Shandong Province and the current status of high-quality development of advanced manufacturing. It explores the interaction mechanism between the two. Taking into account the five new development concepts of innovation, coordination, greenness, openness, and sharing, this article aims to construct a comprehensive index system for measuring the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing. By analyzing the correlation between these indicators and the development of advanced manufacturing, the entropy method is applied to evaluate the development level of advanced manufacturing in Shandong Province, further revealing its development characteristics.

  With the rapid development of China's digital inclusive finance, this article explores the mechanism of digital inclusive finance's impact on the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing based on the new development concepts. Through the establishment of an econometric model and empirical analysis using the Peking University Digital Inclusive Finance Index, this article discusses the relationship between digital inclusive finance and the development of advanced manufacturing in Shandong Province, as well as how digital inclusive finance affects the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing through intermediary variables such as industrial structure optimization and innovative capital aggregation. The research results indicate that the development of digital inclusive finance meets the demand for financial services in Shandong's advanced manufacturing industry, effectively promoting its high-quality development. Based on these findings, this article proposes specific policy recommendations to promote future development.
