摘要 | 执行力是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,关系到企业战略目标的实现,在 物流行业激烈的竞争环境中,执行力更是企业取得优势的关键因素之一。甘肃圆 盛通速递是甘肃省物流体系的重要组成部分,现已发展为拥有员工135人,一级 网 点84个,辐射兰州市三县六区及各市、州、县的重要物流节点企业。近年来, 随着客户群体、服务规模不断扩大,员工执行意愿不强,企业文化导向不清晰的 问题开始凸显,严重掣肘企业提质增效。 本研究聚焦甘肃圆盛通速递公司员工执行力问题,通过文献分析、现场访 谈、问卷调查,在数据收集与处理的基础上全面评估了员工执行力的现状。研究 发现,甘肃圆盛通的企业文化导向不合理导致的不良风气严重影响了企业的正 常运营和发展。员工的专业素养能力与岗位要求匹配度不高;缺乏强有力的领 导影响力,涉及领导力的领导业务能力评价要素满意度较低,反映出员工对领导 业务能力的评价不高,使得领导力发挥大打折扣;基层员工基础素养不高,执行 意愿不强,反映出基层员工对于执行工作主观能动性与创新意愿不强,员工的专 业素养能力和岗位要求匹配度不高。 研究表明,优化人才队伍结构,推进运营集约化改革,完善考核激励保障体 系,加强执行力文化建设,健全管理人员培养体系,以及打造差异化的快递服务 创新发展理念是甘肃圆盛通速递公司员工执行力提升的重要举措。研究提出甘肃 圆盛通速递公司员工执行力提升的相关建议,包括提升员工素质、强化职业道德培 训、明确管理职责、建立规范的流程体系、设计个性化的绩效评价指标、加强内 部沟通机制、明确战略目标等。 |
英文摘要 | Executive power is an important part of the core competitiveness of an enterprise, which is related to the realization of the strategic goals of an enterprise. In the fierce competitive environment of the logistics industry, executive power is one of the key factors for an enterprise to obtain advantages. Gansu Yuanshengtong Express is an important part of the logistics system of Gansu Province. It has developed into an important logistics node enterprise with 135 employees, 84 first-level outlets, radiating to the three counties and six districts of Lanzhou city and all cities, states and counties. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of customer groups and service scale, the willingness of employees to implement is not strong, and the lack of clear corporate culture orientation begins to become prominent, which seriously hinders the quality and efficiency of enterprises. This research focuses on the staff execution problems of Gansu Yuanshengtong Express Company. Through literature analysis, on-site interview and questionnaire survey, the current situation of employees' execution is comprehensively evaluated on the basis of data collection and processing. It is found that the unhealthy atmosphere caused by the unreasonable orientation of Gansu Yuansheng Tong enterprise culture has seriously affected the normal operation and development of enterprises. The professional ability of the employees is not well matched with the jobrequirements; the lack of strong leadership influence and the low satisfaction of the evaluation factors of the leadership ability reflects the low evaluation of the leadership ability, and the matching of the professional quality ability and job requirements of the employees. The research shows that to optimize the structure of talent team, promote the intensive reform of operation, improve the system of assessment, incentive and guarantee, strengthen the construction of the culture of executive force, improve the training system of management personnel, and create a differentiated innovative development concept of express service are important measures to improve the executive force of the employees of Gansu YTO Express Company. Study and put forward relevant suggestions for improving the execution ability of employees of Gansu YTO Express Company, including improving the quality of employees, strengthening professional ethics training, clarifying management responsibilities, establishing standardized process system, designing personalized performance evaluation indicators, and strengthening internal channels Through the mechanism, clear strategic objectives, etc. |
