摘要	普列汉诺夫是俄国马克思主义的奠基人之一,他对马克思主义哲学最大的贡献就是出色而又独创性地阐释和发展了唯物史观，其中最引人关注和探究的就是他系统地阐释了地理环境在社会发展中的作用。普列汉诺夫批判性地继承了前人关于地理环境理论的研究成果，他从马克思主义唯物史观的基本原理出发，结合个人的成长经历、理论基础和所处的社会历史背景，形成了独具特色的地理环境理论。他清晰地认识到社会发展既非单纯由人们意志所能决定，也非地理环境所能决定，而是涉及到多方面因素的综合作用。在这些复杂的客观因素当中，普列汉诺夫非常重视生产力的关键作用，他开创性地指出，生产力扮演了地理环境对社会发展产生影响的“中介”角色，认为地理环境对社会发展的影响是通过其对生产力的影响而实现的。他还进一步提出地理环境对社会发展的作用是生产力的“函数”的理念，强调了生产力的发展状况对地理环境与社会发展之间关系的决定性影响。普列汉诺夫地理环境理论不仅继承与发展了马克思恩格斯的地理环境理论，而且丰富了马克思主义生态文明思想，这一理论对俄国、中国等国家在推动生态文明建设方面提供了重要的理论启示和实践指引。尽管普列汉诺夫的地理环境理论存在忽视人的主观能动性、并未详尽讨论环境问题等缺陷，但是普列汉诺夫的地理环境理论在当今社会仍具有一定的理论与现实意义。研究和探讨他的地理环境理论对我们关注与重视当前全球性环境问题与危机，正确认识人类社会与地理环境之间的关系，深刻认识与践行习近平生态文明思想以及促进人与自然和谐共生具有重要的启示意义。
英文摘要	Plekhanov is one of the founding figures of Russian Marxism. His greatest contribution to Marxist philosophy lies in his outstanding and original elaboration and development of historical materialism, with his systematic explanation of the role of geographical environment in social development being particularly noteworthy and explored. Plekhanov critically inherited the research achievements of his predecessors on the theory of geographical environment. Starting from the fundamental principles of Marxist historical materialism and integrating personal experiences, theoretical foundations, and the social historical context, he developed a distinctive theory of geographical environment. He clearly understood that social development is not determined solely by human will or geographical environment, but involves the comprehensive interaction of various factors. Among these complex objective factors, Plekhanov placed great emphasis on the crucial role of productive forces. Pioneeringly, he pointed out that productive forces act as an "intermediary" in the impact of the geographical environment on social development, believing that the influence of the geographical environment on social development is realized through its impact on productive forces. He further proposed the idea that the role of the geographical environment in social development is a "function" of productive forces, emphasizing the decisive influence of the development of productive forces on the relationship between geographical environment and social development. Plekhanov's theory of geographical environment not only inherits and develops the theories of Marx and Engels on the geographical environment but also enriches Marxist ecological civilization thought. This theory provides important theoretical insights and practical guidance for countries like Russia and China in promoting ecological civilization construction. Despite shortcomings such as neglecting human subjectivity and insufficiently addressing environmental issues, Plekhanov's theory of the geographical environment still holds theoretical and practical significance in contemporary society. Studying and exploring his theory is crucial for addressing current global environmental problems and crises, correctly understanding the relationship between human society and the geographical environment, and embracing Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought to promote harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.
