摘要

在全国旅游城市竞争日趋激烈的背景下城市若想发展其旅游经济城市文化资本是市场竞争中必不可少的砝码小吃街不再仅仅是居民的休闲场所更是每个旅游城市中不可或缺的一部分回看已有的关于城市研究可以发现城市空间中蕴含着许多意义与关系本文将从传播学的视角出发研究作为媒介的小吃街的空间媒介属性及它的空间生产

笔者主要以参与式观察法去设身处地观察小吃街的文本内容深度访谈法去与小吃街的活动主体展开交谈再结合文本分析法,开展相关经验材料的搜集从而展开研究。研究思路结合列斐伏尔的“第三空间”论,把南关民族风味一条街也可称南关夜市南关小吃街认为是“第三空间”样本,去分析和解读它的物质性、实践性与动态

介绍了南关夜市实体空间物质建构。通过对小吃街与外在区位环境之间关系进行分析,由外到内的空间设计,全方位地描述该空间的地理特征和结构属性对其独特的设计布局形式和文化内涵展开研究。对作为活动主体的“人”的空间文本的搜集活动主体处于空间时不仅各项感官受到刺激而且他们会发起一些主动行为并对这些行为进行分析从空间感知到对空间的建构,再到最终形成一种空间性的自我认同在这个过程当中,主体自身就变成一种空间文本,丰富了空间整体的内涵。个人对互联网新技术的使用使得在南关民族风味一条街这个空间的社交行为从线下一直延伸至线上个体以“在场”与“虚拟在场”两种方式参与到小吃街的空间生产之中新媒体的参将个人经验在社交媒体上呈现,将个人的体会转变为丰富的空间内涵,个体层面的延伸致使虚拟社区得以建构。

研究认为:以小吃街为空间媒介,在个体对社交媒体的使用作用下,现实小吃街与虚拟小吃街始终处在动态建构的进程之中。它负载着物物交换信息传递的功能的同时它还承担着不同层次人群社会交往的功能随着互联网技术的发展空间和传播之间的联系也越来越复杂,越来越紧密。

英文摘要

Under the background of the increasingly fierce competition among national tourist cities, if cities want to develop their tourism economy, urban cultural capital is an indispensable weight in the market competition. Snack Street is no longer just a leisure place for residents, but also an indispensable part of every tourist city. Looking back at the existing research on the city, we can find that urban space has gradually become a very valuable research medium, which contains a lot of significance and relations.

From the perspective of communication, the author will interpret the media attribute of snack street as a physical space and study its spatial production. The author mainly uses the participatory observation method to observe the text content of the snack street, the in-depth interview method to talk with the main body of the snack street, and then combined with the content analysis method to carry out the collection of relevant experience materials to carry out research. Combined with Lefebvre's theory of "the third space", Nanguan ethnic flavor street (also known as Nanguan Night Market and Nanguan snack Street) is regarded as the "third space" sample to analyze and interpret its materiality, practicality and dynamics.This paper re-introduces the physical space material construction of Nanguan night market. Through the analysis of the relationship between the snack street and the external location environment, the spatial design from the outside to the inside describes the geographical features and structural attributes of the space in an all-round way and studies its unique design layout and cultural connotation. For the collection of the spatial text of "human" as the main body of the activity, when the subject is in the space, not only the senses are stimulated, but also they will initiate some active behaviors. From spatial perception to the construction of space, and then to the final formation of a spatial self-identity. In this process, he himself becomes a kind of spatial text, which enriches the connotation of space as a whole. Personal use of new Internet technology makes the social behavior in Nanguan ethnic flavor street extend from offline to online. Individuals participate in the space production of snack street in two ways: "presence" and "virtual presence". The participation of the new media presents the personal experience in the new media and transforms the personal experience into a rich spatial connotation. The extension of the individual level leads to the construction of the virtual community.

The research shows that: with the snack street as the space medium, under the role of individual use of social media, the real snack street and virtual snack street are always in the process of dynamic construction. It not only carries the function of barter and information transmission, but also undertakes the function of social communication among people at different levels. With the development of Internet technology, the relationship between space and communication is becoming more and more complex and close.
