近几年来，关于金融科技和数字经济的政策文件相继出台，这反映出国家对金融科技和数字经济的发展十分重视。本文以金融科技助力商业银行实现数字化转型的研究为基础，以招商银行作为典型案例，对于丰富金融科技与商业银行研究，推动我国商业银行顺利完成数字化转型升级，在理论和现实上有一定的价值。

首先，本文通过阅读梳理国内外文献，采用文献研究法，将有关的理论基础进行归纳，并厘清关于金融科技和数字化转型的含义。其次，本文阐述在商业银行数字化转型过程中金融科技赋能的四项作用机理，帮助商业银行提高组织管理能力、获取客户能力、产品创新能力以及风险控制能力，加快银行实现朝智能化、线上化、场景化方向发展的目标，使银行的数字化水平升级。再次，本文讨论了金融科技赋能商业银行数字化转型的背景、成效及存在的挑战，并通过案例分析法和SPSS因子分析法，聚焦招商银行依托金融科技实行数字化转型的动因和举措，分析其转型的成效，这进一步论证了金融科技的赋能机理。最后得出本文研究结论，并结合我国发展现状和案例分析，得出案例启示并为其他商业银行的数字化转型提供对策建议，涵盖明确数字化转型目标、保持数字化获客能力、创新数字化金融产品、储备数字化复合型人才、完善数字化风控机制五个方面。

总体来看，招商银行的数字化转型是较为成功的案例，本文在总结招商银行数字化转型启示的同时，也为我国其他商业银行，尤其是股份制银行，提出了合理化的对策建议。各商业银行应当根据自身发展情况，在学习借鉴的基础上，制定适合本行的数字化转型方案并有效落实，从而推动我国银行业的长远发展。

In recent years, policy documents on fintech and digital economy have been issued successively, which reflects that the country attaches great importance to the development of fintech and digital economy. Based on the research of financial technology to help commercial banks to realize digital transformation, and taking China Merchants Bank as a typical case, this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for enriching the research of financial technology and commercial banks, and promoting the smooth completion of digital transformation and upgrading of China's commercial banks.

Firstly, this paper compares domestic and international literature by reading, using the literature research method, this paper will summarize the relevant theoretical basis, and clarify the meaning of fintech and digital transformation.Secondly, this paper expounds in the process of digital transformation of commercial Banks can assign the four mechanism of technology, help commercial Banks improve organization and management ability, obtain customer ability, product innovation ability and risk control ability, speed up the bank toward the intelligent, online, scene direction, make the bank digital level upgrade.Again, this paper discusses the financial technology assigned to the background of digital transformation, effectiveness and challenges, and through the case analysis and SPSS factor analysis, focusing on China merchants bank relying on the financial technology of digital transformation and measures, analyze the effect of the transformation, this further demonstrates the assigned mechanism of financial technology.Finally the conclusion of this paper, and combined with the development of our country and case analysis, case enlightenment and provide countermeasures and advice for other commercial Banks, covering clear digital transformation goal, keep digital guest ability, innovative digital financial products, reserve digital talents, improve the digital risk control mechanism in five aspects.

In general, the digital transformation of China Merchants Bank is a relatively successful case. While this paper summarizes the enlightenment of the digital transformation of China Merchants Bank, this paper also puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for other commercial banks in China, especially joint-stock banks. Each commercial bank should, according to its own development and on the basis of learning, formulate digital transformation plans suitable for the bank and effectively implement them, so as to promote the long-term development of China's banking industry.
