其次，本文选取“海澜之家”企业作为研究案例，研究了其以赊购可退货的采购模式以及类直营加盟为基础的轻资产商业模式，同时，采用SWOT方法、PEST方法，对其优劣势、机遇、挑战以及所面临的宏观环境进行了分析。本文采用海澜之家企业2016年至2021年年报财务数据为底层数据，通过对其各财务指标、经营现状的分析，从商业模式的六要素角度，总结了海澜之家外包环节影响了产品质量和设计，类直营加盟方式导致店面扩张过快，子公司隐藏的商誉风险，营销问题导致销量下降，隐藏的财务风险以及存货积压导致资金占用量大等问题。

最后，对前一部分的结论进行了总结，并基于商业模式六要素的角度，对海澜之家的轻资产商业模式提出了优化策略。即放慢扩张速度以提高服务质量，提高商品的附加价值；严选上游供应商，保证产品质量，精准把握消费者需求；提高对于线上销售的重视程度，积极运用大数据等技术手段，加深社会认知资源；做到降本增效，提高资金使用效率；提高企业存货周转率，严控两金规模；培育品牌形象，提高企业市值，为企业发展筑基，拓宽发展空间。
