摘要 | 企业文化是在自身的发展中逐步产生和形成的,它的特征是企业员工的认可和支持,其中包括企业的远见卓识、人文精神、战略目标、社会价值等等。 如今,我国经济发展进入了高质量增长阶段,国内各行各业都得到了相应的发展, 商业银行建设具有代表性、特色的企业文化,是商业银行顺应形势、应对风险挑战、提升竞争力的重要手段和方式。而农村商业银行由于发展基础较差,员工素质总体水平不高,因此加强企业文化的建设就显得尤为重要。重庆农商银行企业文化建设虽然已作出一些成绩,但是仍然任重道远。加强对企业文化的重视,通过建立并不断完善企业文化,调动广大员工积极性,增强其创造能力创新能力,使重庆农商银行在市场当中树立良好的形象,也将进一步增强银行的竞争力,使其在激烈的银行业市场竞争中获得一席之地。 本文以重庆农商银行为研究对象,第一部分介绍选题背景和本文的研究意义,梳理了国内外学者有关企业文化的理论研究成果,并对国内外学者的研究成果作出了分析阐述。第二部分首先在对国内外企业文化概念研究和总结的基础上,提出了本文中的企业文化含义,介绍了企业文化的结构层次和研究方法,重点对丹尼森企业文化模型进行了介绍,并对银行企业文化的发展进行了阐述。第三部分描述了重庆农商银行文化发展概况,并对其企业文化现状进行了描述。之后,结合丹尼森组织文化模型对其企业文化建设进行了评估诊断,找出了重庆农商银行物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化建设存在的问题及成因。第四部分在前文对重庆农商银行企业文化存在的相关问题和成因进行分析的基础上,根据企业优化相关理论提出企业文化建设优化原则,从物质层面、精神层面、物质层面和行为层面给出了重庆农商银行企业文化建设优化对策。 |
英文摘要 | Corporate culture is gradually produced and formed in its own development, which is characterized by the recognition and support of employees, including corporate vision, humanistic spirit, strategic goals, social values and so on. Nowadays, China's economic development has entered a stage of high-quality growth, and all walks of life in China have achieved corresponding development. The construction of representative and characteristic corporate culture in commercial banks is an important means and way for commercial banks to adapt to the situation, cope with risks and challenges, and improve their competitiveness. However, due to the poor development foundation of rural commercial banks, the overall quality of employees is not high, so it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture. Although some achievements have been made in corporate culture construction of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank, there is still a long way to go. Strengthen to the attention of the corporate culture, by establishing and perfecting the enterprise culture, arouse the enthusiasm of the masses of workers, and to improve their ability of creating innovative ability, make the chongqing rural commercial bank in the market set up a good image, will also further enhance the competitiveness of the bank, to make it to gain a foothold in the competition in the banking market. This paper takes Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank as the research object. The first part introduces the background of the topic and the research significance of this paper, combs the theoretical research results of domestic and foreign scholars on corporate culture, and makes an analysis and elaboration of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars. In the second part, firstly, based on the research and summary of corporate culture concepts at home and abroad, the meaning of corporate culture in this paper is put forward, the structural levels and research methods of corporate culture are introduced, and the denison corporate culture model is mainly introduced, and the development of bank corporate culture is described. The third part describes the general situation of the cultural development of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank and describes the current situation of its corporate culture. Then, combined with denison's organizational culture model, the paper evaluates and diagnoses the corporate culture construction, and finds out the problems and causes of material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture construction of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank. In the fourth part, based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of corporate culture of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank, the optimization principle of corporate culture construction is put forward according to the relevant theories of enterprise optimization, and the optimization countermeasures of corporate culture construction of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank are given from the material level, spiritual level, material level and behavior level. |
