  美国新闻工作者比尔.科瓦奇在《新闻的十大基本原则》中提出：新闻业的作用是培育积极而健康的舆论氛围，向公民提供民主决策的有用信息，而非单纯揭丑曝光，甚至加剧公众的愤懑与恐慌情绪。建设性新闻恰好是这句话最好的新闻实践解释。新媒体技术的发展改变了我国的媒介环境和传播形态，以广播，电视为代表的传统媒体其收视率已经不可与往日的辉煌相提并论。面对全新媒介环境的冲击，传统媒体应该如何在媒介融合的变革潮流中积极创新，走出一条自己的发展之路？甘肃广电总台的《阳光在线》节目给出了一个较为优秀的答案。这是一档具有强烈本地特色的建设性新闻优秀代表，因为它不仅体现了新闻媒体切实参与社会治理，为本地民众积极寻找解决问题的有力途径，也体现了我国传统媒体在媒介融合的大背景下积极寻找创新与突破的良好心态。

  本文的研究价值和创新之处在于，论文通过对我国本土化建设性新闻《阳光在线》节目进行分析，探索其特色所在，同时通过分析其当下发展中的不足来寻找原因，为我国建设性新闻的发展提供了优化策略，为我国建设性新闻本土化实践发展路径进行了创新探索。

Constructive news happens to be the best news practice explanation of this sentence. The development of new media technology has changed China's media environment and communication form. The ratings of traditional media represented by radio and television can no longer be compared with the glory of the past.      The research value and innovation of this paper lies in that the paper explores its characteristics by analyzing the localized constructive news "Sunshine Online" program in China, and at the same time finds out the reasons by analyzing the shortcomings in its current development, which provides an optimized strategy for the development of constructive news in China and makes an innovative exploration for the practical development path of localized constructive news in China.
