  摆脱贫困，是我们国家长期追求的目标。习近平总书记在召开的会议中多次强调马克思主义对我国经济建设的重要性，他基于马克思主义反贫困理论的阐述和分析，结合自己知青时期以及地方任职时期的经历，提出了精准扶贫的方略，并形成了精准扶贫重要论述。该论述是马克思主义反贫困理论在中国的延伸和发展，为脱贫攻坚战的胜利打下了坚实的基础，具有重要的理论指导意义。十八大以来，习近平总书记明确指出，在今后发展过程中应该把精准扶贫和精准脱贫作为重要的治国理政方略。2020年底我国实现了绝对贫困的全面消除，成功打赢了这场艰难的脱贫攻坚战，不仅为乡村振兴工作做了很好的铺垫，还为世界减贫工作提供了中国智慧和中国方案。

  文章主要分为四个部分进行阐述。第一部分主要是对习近平精准扶贫重要论述选题的背景、研究意义、国内外研究综述、研究方法等内容进行分析和归纳。第二部分通过对贫困概念的界定，对贫困的内涵有了更深的认识，并且阐述了精准扶贫重要论述的理论渊源、现实基础和实践历程。第三部分对精准扶贫重要论述的内容做了重点分析，从六个方面对其内容做了的详细的说明与总结，依照当前的实际情况，从不同角度具体阐述了扶贫带来的实践成效。第四部分主要阐述习近平精准扶贫重要论述的意义。首先它充分体现了马克思主义世界观和方法论，包括群众观、唯物辩证法和实践观；其次继承和发展了马克思主义反贫困理论，在继承和发展马克思生产力思想的同时丰富了马克思主义，注重精神扶贫；再次分析了精准扶贫重要论述实现了与乡村振兴战略方针的有机结合，并且为世界脱贫贡献了中国智慧。

    Escaping poverty is a goal that our country has long pursued. Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the importance of Marxism to China's economic construction in important meetings presided over by our party, based on the elaboration and analysis of Marxist anti-poverty theory, combined with his experience in the period of knowing youth and local office, put forward the strategy of precise poverty alleviation, and formed an important exposition on precision poverty alleviation. This exposition is an extension and development of Marxist anti-poverty theory in China, which has laid a solid foundation for the victory in the battle against poverty and has extremely important theoretical guiding significance. At the important meeting of the Eighteenth National Congress presided over by Xi Jinping, Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that in the future development process, targeted poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation should be regarded as important governance strategies. At the end of 2020, China achieved the complete elimination of absolute poverty, successfully won this difficult battle against poverty, and not only made a good preparation for rural revitalization, but also provided Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the world's poverty reduction work.

    The article is mainly divided into four chapters for elaboration. The first chapter mainly analyzes and summarizes the background, research significance, domestic and foreign research reviews, and research methods of Xi Jinping's important exposition on accurate poverty alleviation. The second chapter gives us a deeper understanding of the definition of poverty through the definition of the concept of poverty, and fully expounds the theoretical origin, practical basis and practical process of the important exposition on accurate poverty alleviation. The third chapter focuses on the content of the important exposition on precision poverty alleviation, explains and summarizes its content in detail from six aspects, and specifically expounds the practical results brought about by poverty alleviation from different angles according to the current actual situation. The fourth chapter is the value of Xi Jinping's important exposition on accurate poverty alleviation, first of all, it fully embodies the Marxist world outlook and methodology, including the mass view of history, materialistic dialectics and practice, and secondly inherits and develops marxist anti-poverty theory, inheriting and developing Marx's productive forces thinking while paying attention to spiritual poverty alleviation. In addition, the important exposition of targeted poverty alleviation has been organically combined with the strategic policy of rural revitalization, and has contributed Chinese wisdom to the world's poverty alleviation.
