摘要 | 2018年中央经济工作会议首次提出“六稳”任务,在扎实做好“六稳”工作基础上,2020年两会又提出“六保”工作任务,中央对经济做出如上部署,出自于保持我国经济高质量发展,稳中求进的需要。商业银行是市场经济运转的枢纽之一,在后疫情时代,打赢这场“稳中求进”攻坚战,急需金融创新。金融科技被界定为依靠科技实现金融创新,是“科技+金融+生态“的产物,对零售业务创新具有重大价值。个体和家庭作为我国银行零售业务服务对象,具有客群多、业务复杂等特点,是商业银行核心业务。 通过借鉴和学习相关资料,采用案例研究法说明金融科技视角下银行零售业务创新策略。文章从金融科技对银行零售业务创新适配性入手,整体把握银行金融科技发展现状和零售业务发展状况,从银行、零售业务和金融科技三个维度探析了零售业务创新的动因,选取中国建设银行作为案例,深入研究金融科技视角下,其从“建设国际一流零售银行”到“零售优先”的战略转变。在对不同阶段下产品、服务、渠道等创新成果的列举中,分析总结创新亮点与不足,并从零售端和收益端、风险端分别对其转型成效进行评估。最后,通过案例分析,提出“金融+科技+人才”三维驱动、构建场景零售生态圈、创新零售业务服务渠道、创新零售产品和服务等建议,进一步推进银行零售业务创新。 |
英文摘要 | The central economic work conference in 2018 proposed the task of "six stabilities" for the first time. On the basis of doing a good job in the work of "six stabilities", the two sessions in 2020 proposed the task of "six guarantees". The central government made the above deployment for the economy out of the need to maintain the high-quality development of China's economy and make progress in stability. Commercial banks are one of the hubs of the market economy. Commercial banks urgently need financial innovation to win this tough battle of "seeking progress while maintaining stability" in the post epidemic era. Fintech is defined as the product of "science and technology + Finance + ecology" to realize financial innovation by relying on science and technology, and fintech is the most likely and most needed to enable innovation as retail business.The service objects of retail business of commercial banks in China are mainly individuals and families. It has the characteristics of many customers and complex business. It is the core business of commercial banks. Through the study and research of relevant literature,The case study method is used to illustrate the innovation strategy of bank retail business from the perspective of Fintech. This article starts with the adaptability of Fintech to the innovation of the retail business of banks, and grasps the current situation of the development of fintech and retail business of banks as a whole, this paper analyzes the motivation of retail business innovation from three dimensions of banking, retail business and financial technology, and selects China Construction Bank as a case to study in depth the financial technology perspective, its Strategy Change from “Building International first-class Retail Bank”to “Retail first”. In the different stages of products, services, channels and other innovative results of listing, analysis and summary of innovative highlights and shortcomings ,and the results of transformation are evaluated from the retail end , the profits end and the risks end respectively.Finally, through the above case analysis, this paper puts forward suggestions of "finance + technology + talent" 3D driving, constructing scene retail ecological , innovating retail business service channel, innovating retail products and services, and further promoting the innovation of bank retail business. |
