摘要

  岩画作为早期平面造型艺术的一种表现形式,对于分析、理解古代先民的视觉心理具有重要意义。甘肃是中国西部的岩画大省,岩画中的动物图像不仅种类丰富,更有一些“格套”化的特定动物图像得以长久的传承。本文通过田野考察、文献资料分析和图像学研究,并借助图像信息处理技术,对甘肃岩画中公鹿图像的分布特点、造型风格、图像意蕴进行分析研究,以期揭示鹿图像背后可能涉及的动物神格化、象征化的历史意义,并由此解析古今人们审美意识和图像功能的传承性和历史价值。

  本文首先对甘肃岩画中鹿图像依造型风格划分类,根据与邻近地区早期鹿图像的比较,认为甘肃岩画的鹿图像最接近北方草原游牧文化的鹿的造型在不同生业背景的文化互动中,鹿图像作为北方游牧文化的图像元素,对黄土流域的农业文明产生了长远的影响,成为中华民族具有共识性的吉祥图像。

  通过对岩画中鹿图像形式、内涵及其历史背景的探究,本文认为古今图像的传承与变革,必然与该类图像流行区域的民间意识有关,特别是与民间的习俗认同与群团认同有关,而最早来自北方游牧文化的鹿图像,成为包括西北黄土地区在内的中华民族共有的吉祥图像,正是体现了中华文化汇流成河的历史发展特点,而这对当代艺术设计中的传统图像、图形的分析,具有重要的启示意义和理论意义。

英文摘要

Abstract

   As a form of expression of early graphic arts, rock paintings are of great significance for analyzing and understanding the visual psychology of ancient ancestors. Gansu is a large province of rock paintings in Western China. The animal images in rock paintings are not only rich in variety, but also some "lattice" specific animal images have been inherited for a long time. Through field investigation, literature analysis and iconography research, and with the help of image information processing technology, this paper analyzes and studies the distribution characteristics, modeling style and image meaning of the male deer images in Gansu rock paintings, in order to reveal the historical significance of animal deification and symbolization that may be involved behind the deer images, and thus analyze the inheritance and historical value of ancient and modern people's aesthetic consciousness and image function.

  Firstly, this paper classifies the deer images in Gansu rock paintings according to the modeling style. According to the comparison with the early deer images in neighboring areas, it is considered that the deer images in Gansu rock paintings are closest to the modeling of the deer in the nomadic culture of the northern grassland. In the cultural interaction of different production backgrounds, the deer image, as an image element of the northern nomadic culture, has had a long-term impact on the agricultural civilization in the Loess basin and has become a consensus auspicious image of the Chinese nation.

  By exploring the form, connotation and historical background of deer images in rock paintings, this paper holds that the inheritance and transformation of ancient and modern images must be related to the folk consciousness in the popular areas of such images, especially the folk custom identity and group identity. The deer images that originated from the northern nomadic culture have become the common auspicious images of the Chinese nation, including the Loess Region in the northwest, It reflects the historical development characteristics of the confluence of Chinese culture into a river, which has important enlightenment and theoretical significance for the analysis of traditional images and graphics in contemporary art design.
