摘要	中国特色社会主义事业坚持把马克思主义理论作为理论指导，这是我党总结历史发展规律后得到的深刻认识。马克思主义社会治理思想作为其中重要构成，为当代中国社会治理实践提供重要理论与方法指导。党的十九大对我国推进社会主义现代化事业做了全面安排部署，强调要加强社会治理创新，满足民生需求，保障人民生活。这是对马克思主义社会治理思想的继承与发展。根据中国的基本国情，运用马克思主义社会治理思想指导中国社会治理实践，对探索中国社会治理创新趋势具有重大意义。本文在研究过程中，首先分别探讨了社会、治理、社会管理、社会自治等与社会治理相关的概念，认为社会治理、社会管理与社会自治它们是既互联又有差异的。在第二部分，阐述了该思想的思想渊源和形成条件，以及马克思主义经典作家的社会治理思想，包括马克思、恩格斯、列宁的社会治理思想。就马克思、恩格斯而言，他们的经典著作中包含有丰富的治理思想，本文从社会治理的主体、内容、目标等方面进行了概括。列宁是把马克思、恩格斯理论运用于实践的第一人，他的社会治理思想主要表现为：坚持党的总体领导地位；坚持人民治理主体地位；动员人民主体参与社会治理；加强法制建设；追求社会公平正义等。在第三部分，分析了中国共产党人对社会治理思想的探索、发展、丰富、完善和升华。他们始终坚持中国共产党的领导，坚持人民主体地位，强调法治与公平，顺应时代发展需要不断创新社会治理，他们在实践中形成的中国特色的社会治理思想，是对马克思主义社会治理思想的丰富和发展。在第四部分，探讨了马克思主义社会治理思想发展的现实指导价值。马克思主义社会治理思想一以贯之是当代中国社会治理的理论指导，为我国社会治理实践提供理论支撑。把马克思主义社会治理思想与当代中国社会主义建设的具体实际结合起来，对中国社会治理提出新观点、新理念，充分展现了马克思主义社会治理思想的与时俱进。新时代，在推动社会治理思想发展时，我们必须把理论创新与时代特征相结合，立足新时代中国特色社会主义的实践需要，要充分发挥理论指导实践的作用。最后，从当代中国社会发展的现状出发，列举中国社会治理取得的成绩及存在的不足，结合我国十四五规划中改善人民生活品质，提高社会建设水平的建议，探索了未来中国社会治理的创新发展趋势。
英文摘要	The cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics persists in taking Marxist theory as its theoretical guide, which is a profound understanding gained by our Party after summarizing the laws of historical development. As an important component, Marxist social governance thought provides important theoretical and methodical guidance for the practice of social governance in contemporary China. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made comprehensive arrangements for China's socialist modernization, emphasizing the need to strengtheninnovation in social governance, meet people's needs and ensure people's livelihood. This is a continuation of and development of the Marxist thought on social governance. According to China's basic national conditions, it is of great significance to explore the innovation trend of China's social governance byapplying Marxist social governance thought to guide the practice of China's social governance. In the process of research, this paper firstly discusses the concepts related to social governance, such as society, governance, social management and social autonomy. It is believed that social governance, social management and social autonomy are interconnected and different.In the second part, the ideological origin and formation conditions of the thought, as well as the Marxist classical writers' social governance thoughts, including Marx, Engels, Lenin's social governance thoughts.As far as Marx and Engels are concerned, their classic works contain abundant governance thoughts. This paper generalizes the subjectcontent and goal of social governance.Lenin was the first person to apply Marx and Engels' theories into practice, and his social governance thought is mainly manifested as:Uphold the Party's overall leading position;Uphold the principal position of the people in governance;Mobilize the people to participate in social governance;Strengthen legal construction;The pursuit of social equity and justice.In the third part, it analyzes the exploration, development, enrichment, perfection and sublimation of Chinese Communists' thought of social governance.They have always adhered to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhered to the principal position of the people, emphasized the rule of law and fairness, and constantly innovated social governance in accordance with the development needs of The Times. The social governance thoughts with Chinese characteristics formed by them in practice are the enrichment and development of Marxist social governance thoughts.In the fourth part, it discusses the realistic guiding value of the development of Marxist social governance thought.Marxist thought of social governance is consistent with the theoretical guidance of contemporary Chinese social governance and provides theoretical support for the practice of social governance in China.Combining Marxist social governance thought with the concrete reality of contemporary China's socialist construction, it puts forward new viewpoints and new concepts for China's social governance, which fully shows that Marxist social governance thought keeps pace with The Times.In the new era, when promoting the development of social governance thoughts, we must combine theoretical innovation with the characteristics of The Times, base ourselves on the practical needs of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and give full play to the role of theory in guiding practice.Finally, starting from the current situation of social development in contemporary China, this paper lists the achievements and shortcomings of China's social governance, and explores the innovative development trend of China's social governance in the future by combining the suggestions of improving people's quality of life and improving the level of social construction in China's 14th Five-Year Plan.
