       本文主要以我国妇女作为研究的对象，重点研究新时代背景下，对妇女发展 的现实基础、面临的挑战、以及实现路径等相关问题的研究，对实现妇女全面发 展具有重要的理论指导和实践意义。

       从理论的层面来看，本文系统地梳理了马克思关于人的全面发展、妇女的解 放和发展思想以及中国共产党在革命、建设和改革开放进程中形成的妇女理论， 这为本文的研究奠定了理论基础。在相关理论的基础上，本文对党的十八大以来 关于妇女发展的重要论述进行了系统的梳理和分析，深刻地认识到习近平新时代 中国特色社会主义思想为妇女全面发展赋予的新的时代内涵。

       从现实的层面来看，改革开放以来，我国妇女发展在参政、就业、教育等方 面取得了巨大的成就，妇女为推动国民经济和社会发展做出了重大的贡献。然而， 由于历史的、现实的、思想的、经济的、政治的、文化的等各种因素，当前我国 妇女发展仍面临政治方面、经济方面、教育方面以及个体方面的挑战。

      总之，妇女的全面发展是历史的必然结果，也是现实的必然选择。我们要通 过角色成就、职业发展、地位提升、权利保障四个方面系统地探寻新时代妇女全 面发展的实现路径，从而激发女性创新发展活力，为社会做出更大贡献。

      From a realistic perspective, since the reform and opening up, my country’s women’s development has made great achievements in political participation, employment, and education, and women have made significant contributions to the promotion of national economic and social development. However, due to historical, realistic, ideological, economic, political, cultural and other factors, the development of women in my country is still facing political, economic, educational and individual challenges.
