摘  要

    丝绸之路经济带倡议的提出为我国芯片行业提供了很好的发展契机。然而企业如何能够顺应国家政策导向，顺利融入丝绸之路经济带建设，还要注意以下问题：企业在丝绸之路经济带倡议中的定位，既要体现国家需求和国家意志，又要与自身发展战略和经营模式相协调。

    有鉴于此，本文从丝绸之路经济带的视角出发，结合我国芯片行业的发展实际，围绕“丝绸之路经济带背景下A公司商业模式创新”这一关键问题展开，在分析A公司商业环境的基础上，剖析现有商业模式存在的问题，提出A公司商业模式的创新策略。

    本文首先阐述了研究背景及意义、研究内容、研究方法以及创新点等，并通过相关理论基础的阐述和国内外文献的回顾，发现现有研究的不足或问题，探索本文的重点研究问题。接着，介绍了A公司概况，并对其商业环境进行深入分析，主要利用SWOT分析方法，深入分析了A公司当前所具有的优势与劣势，以及所面对的机会与威胁。然后，剖析A公司的商业模式要素，主要包括定位、关键资源能力、渠道模式和盈利模式等方面，进而分析A公司商业模式所存在的问题。在此基础上，阐述了丝绸之路经济带背景下A公司商业模式创新，主要包括产业价值链定位创新、关键资源能力重构、渠道模式创新和盈利模式创新等内容。最后，对丝绸之路经济带背景下A公司商业模式创新的相关研究结论进行总结，并指出论文研究的局限性和对未来研究进行展望。本文的相关研究不仅丰富了商业模式的相关理论，而且也为芯片制造企业的商业实践提供启示和借鉴。

Abstract

  The Silk Road Economic Belt initiative provides a good opportunity for the development of China's chip industry. However, how enterprises can comply with the national policy guidance and smoothly integrate into the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt, we should also pay attention to the following problems: the positioning of enterprises in the "Silk Road Economic Belt" initiative should not only reflect the national demand and national will, but also coordinate with their own development strategy and business model.

  In view of this, from the perspective of the Silk Road Economic Belt, combined with the development reality of China's chip industry, this study focuses on the key issue of "company A's business model innovation under the background of the Silk Road Economic Belt", deeply analyzes the problems existing in company A's business environment and its existing business model, and carries out the innovative design of company A's business model.

  Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance, research content, research methods and innovation, and through the elaboration of relevant theoretical basis and the review of literature at home and abroad, finds the shortcomings or problems of existing research, and explores the key research problems of this paper. Then, it introduces the general situation of company A and makes an in-depth analysis of its business environment. It mainly uses SWOT analysis method to deeply analyze the current advantages and disadvantages under the background of the Silk Road Economic Belt, opportunities and threats faced by company A. Then, it extracts the elements of company A's business model from the aspects of positioning, key resource capability, channel model and profit model, and analyzes the existing problems of company A's existing business model. On this basis, it expounds the business model innovation of company A under the background of the Silk Road Economic Belt, mainly including industrial value chain positioning innovation, key resource capacity reconstruction, channel model innovation and profit model innovation. Finally, it summarizes the relevant research conclusions of company A's business model innovation under the background of the Silk Road Economic Belt, and points out the limitations of the research and prospects for the future research. The relevant research of this paper not only enriches the relevant theories of business model, but also provides enlightenment and reference for the business practice of chip manufacturing enterprises.
