摘要	目前，BIM（Building Information Modeling 建筑信息模型）技术作为建筑产业精确发展的方向，在我国整个建筑产业深化改革、转型升级、科技跨越的大局势下，显得尤为值得令人关注。从近三年 BIM 发展结果来看，BIM 技术在关键点建模、可视化呈现等初级应用上的普及率已大幅提升。作为技术本身，BIM 也渐渐转向幕后，数字建筑将数字技术和业务变革融合，而 BIM 技术作为一切的核心，可以不受时间和空间的限制，是连接实体建筑产品和数字虚拟模型的纽带，它可以进行基于“数字孪生”理论的设计、模拟、优化，从而使施工过程高效且降低成本，更好地融合到施工业务场景中，推动建筑业的数字化转型。如今 BIM 技术的全面应用是科技引领未来的大势所趋，这将会为建筑产业的转型升级带来前所未有的进步，那么对于建筑企业来说，如何在未来的市场变化中，搭乘数字变革的浪潮，并利用 BIM 技术构建出适用本企业的战略模式，解决企业管理中存在的问题就显得尤为重要，建筑企业可以将 BIM 技术和云、大、物、移、智等数字技术无缝衔接，与战略管理业务深度融合，从而优化整个建造过程；在管理中可以将 BIM 技术作为信息载体，打通信息全流程，实现协同联动，不断完善数据闭环，凸显出信息数据在企业中的价值；通过对企业数据资产的不断累积、提升、完善，将可以对整个行业以及物联网（Internet of Things）和智慧城市（Smart city）的建造提供基础信息数据支撑。本文通过对战略管理学、工程管理学、BIM 技术等相关知识和理论的总结运用，研究了针对甘肃省长城建设集团的基于 BIM 技术的建筑企业战略模式构建，将 BIM 技术与对具体的建筑企业的战略构建相结合，首先分别介绍了 BIM 技术与战略管理的基础理论；其次分析了 BIM 技术应用于长城集团战略管理实践的可行性及必要性；再次通过应用 PEST 模型、五力模型和 VRIO 模型的环境分析、战略目标的确立、区位选择、战略关键措施、确立竞争优势、人才团队等方面构建了基于 BIM 技术的长城集团战略模式，并形成了长城集团的 BIM 管理一体化战略；最后提出了基于BIM技术的长城集团战略管理模式实施的保障措施。本论文通过对基于BIM技术的甘肃长城建设集团战略模式构建进行研究，希望从中总结出在建筑行业转型升级的背景下，对于具体的建筑企业而言，如何利用BIM技术找到自身的战略管理价值与方向，如何利用 BIM 技术为企业制定正确的战略决策提供可靠的依据。同时，通过对 BIM 技术和企业战略管理相结合，使得建筑企业可以从一个全新的技术角度去看待企业战略模式，并且能够为以后的战略模式构建提供启发与灵感。
英文摘要	Nowadays, as a precise development direction of the construction industry, Building Information Modeling(BIM) has emerged as an attention target amid the grand situation of the deepened reform,upgrading,and science and technology leap of the whole construction industry. It is suggested by the development result of the latest three years that the penetration of key point modeling and visual presentation of BIM technology has seen a massive improvement. As a technology itself, BIM is directing towards the backstage. Digital construction integrates digital technology and business transformation while BIM technology, being the core of everything, is unrestricted by time and space and serves as a bond connecting concrete construction products and digital virtual construction. Based on the design, simulation and optimization of “Digital Twin” theory, it achieves a high efficiency of construction process and a lower cost. In this sense, it can be better applied to the construction business situation and push forward the digital transformation of the construction industry. The comprehensive application of BIM, at the moment, conforms to a society led by technology in development, which promises unprecedented progress of the construction industry upgrading. As such, It is excessively important to find a way to follow the trend of digital reform and solve the corporation management problems by building the proper strategy mode with BIM technology. The construction enterprises must seamlessly connect BIM technology with digital technologies such as Cloud Computing, Big Data, Internet of Things,Mobile Communication and AI, and integrate them with strategic management technology to enhance the whole construction process. In the field of management,BIM technology can be taken as an information carrier to build the whole information process, realize coordinated linkage and continue to level up data closed-loop, underscoring the value of information technology in the enterprises. Through the lasting accumulation and improvement of enterprise data capital, an information data support is provided to the construction of the whole industry,Internet of Things and Smart City. This paper, by the summary and application of the knowledge and theories related to strategic administration, project administration, BIM technology, studies the company strategy mode construction of the Gansu Changcheng Construction Group based on BIM technology. It combines BIM technology with the specific strategic construction of the construction enterprise. Firstly, it introduces the basic theories of BIM technology and strategic management; Secondly, it analyzes the applicability and necessity of the application of BIM technology to Gansu Changcheng Construction Group;Thirdly, it constructs the Gansu Changcheng Construction Group strategic mode based on the PEST mode,five forces mode, and VRIO mode environment analysis, determination of the strategic aim, zone location,core strategic method, establishment of competitiveness, talent team and others, forming up the integration strategy of Gansu Changcheng Construction Group’s BIM management; Finally, the safeguard measures of construction were proposed on the basis of the Gansu Changcheng Construction Group management mode. By the study of the building of the Gansu Changcheng Construction Group strategic mode based on BIM, this paper looks to summarize a way of finding the strategic management value and direction and offering a solid reference of right strategic decision-making by BIM technology for any typical construction enterprise. Meanwhile, with the combination of BIM technology and enterprise strategy management, It functions to provide an all-new technology angle for the construction enterprises to treat enterprise strategic mode and inspirations for the further strategic mode building
