摘要	The paper based on the related research results, put forth the principles of developing Gansu Province cultural industry and several problems which should be solved. analyzed industrial sectors of data to obtain the dynamic changes about the efficiency of capital allocation in different years in Gansu Province, on the basis of that it can contribute to the further discussions on Gansu Province's financial development and the efficiency of capital allocation and the relationship between them, to explore the reasons of low efficiency of capital allocation and the improvement of the financial development and the efficiency of capital allocation of correlation, thus proposed the policy proposals to promote the economic growth in Gansu province.
