摘要	Independent private colleges has set up over 10 years in Gansu province, and carried out teaching financial management course many years, but teaching effect is unsatisfactory, student employment situation is not optimistic. In order to strengthen teaching effect and promotion students' employment levels, Course reform is imperative. This article consider actual situation in Gansu province independent private colleges, proposed four aspects of financial management Teaching Reform: First, clear objectives teaching; The second is a reasonable construction of the teaching content; The third is to strengthen the practical teaching; Fourth, strengthen the construction of teachers.
