自1990年上海证券交易所开业以来，中国证券市场的发展已有31年，随着中国经济的跌宕起伏，我们国家的证券行业和券商亦从青涩走向成熟。但是，与发达国家相比，我国的券商业务结构单一、经营管理水平低、风险管理与控制程度不高、盈利能力不稳定。目前，我国经济发展处于关键时期,大数据、云计算、蓝海业务的出现使得证券市场的发展既迎来了机遇也充斥着挑战，我国证券公司的竞争格局也将随之发生变化。

华龙证券公司对传统业务依赖程度较高,缺乏立足证券市场的重器业务和创新业务，随着一、二级市场的惨淡，有些业务也表现低迷，公司盈利状况受到了冲击。另外，华龙证券公司因所处地域的特点、客户的类型、业务模式、业务结构及高精尖人才短缺等方面的限制，制约着公司的发展并已形成压力。因此，华龙证券公司如何考量自身发展前景，制定出自己的战略目标，使公司具有竞争力、在券商中占据主导地位，从而得到长足发展是当前迫切需要研究的一个问题。本文以华龙证券公司为研究对象，华龙证券公司作为传统券商通过运用企业发展战略相关理论及理论工具，通过统计、对比分析等方法认知华龙证券公司的问题，结合相关数据运用SWOT等战略管理工具，建立适合华龙证券公司的发展战略，并综合战略管理的基本原则提出基本的实施保障措施。

经本文研究，华龙证券公司应立足与本土优势，开拓新兴业务，抢抓证券公司上市机遇，通过组织保障与提升专业能力为抓手，改变原有业务模式，实施组合型发展战略。

Since the opening of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1990, China's securities market has been developing for 31 years. With the ups and downs of the Chinese economy, the securities industry and securities firms in our country have also moved from a young age to a mature one. However, compared with developed countries, my country's securities firms have a single business structure, low management level, low risk management and control, and unstable profitability. At present, my country's economic development is at a critical period. The emergence of big data, cloud computing, and blue ocean business has brought both opportunities and challenges to the development of the securities market. The competitive landscape of my country's securities companies will also change accordingly.

China dragon Securities has a high degree of reliance on traditional businesses and lacks important and innovative businesses based on the securities market. With the dismal primary and secondary markets, some businesses have also performed sluggishly, and the company's profitability has been affected. In addition, China dragon Securities Co., Ltd. is restricted by its geographical characteristics, customer types, business model, business structure, and shortage of high-tech talents, which restrict the company's development and have created pressure. Therefore, how to consider its own development prospects and formulate its own strategic goals for China dragon Securities to make the company competitive, occupy a dominant position among securities firms, and achieve rapid development is an issue that urgently needs to be studied. This article takes Hualong Securities Company as the research object. China dragon Securities Company, as a traditional securities firm, uses relevant theories and theoretical tools of corporate development strategy to understand the problems of China dragon Securities Company through statistics and comparative analysis, and uses SWOT and other strategic management tools in combination with relevant data, Establish a development strategy suitable for China dragon Securities Company, and put forward basic implementation safeguard measures based on the basic principles of comprehensive strategic management.

Based on the research of this article, China dragon Securities Company should base itself on its local advantages, develop new businesses, seize the opportunity of securities companies to go public, change the original business model, and implement a combined development strategy through organizational guarantees and enhancement of professional capabilities.
