    随着互联网信息技术的飞速发展和我国互联网“提速降费”的改革，新媒 体技术的使用门槛越来越低，人们在利用网络获取知识的同时也在不断生产信 息与知识，互联网正在迅速解构与建构中国社会生活网络的主要框架，网络几 近和人们的生活融为一体。功能技术的更新赋予了新媒体用户更多权力，用户 的主体性得到加强。新冠肺炎疫情期间，我国互联网产业展现出巨大的发展活 力和韧性，网络空间聚集了更多的视线与声音，让公众注意到了女性医护人员 面临的“失权”困境。女性作为抗击疫情的主力军，她们的生理期用品需求却 掣肘于传统思想和集体无意识，处于“失语”状态。因此，为女性赋权、争取 相应权力是改善女性社会处境的根本途径和有效实践。

    本文从赋权理论视角出发，以网络自组织发起的“姐妹战疫安心行动”为 例进行分析。首先，通过对自组织发展阶段的分析，对行动过程中的赋权机制 进行解构。其次，从传播内容、传播形式、传播效果入手，探讨传播在行动过 程中的赋权作用。再次，从行动的表层效应和深层效应两方面出发，对自组织 行动的赋权成效进行分析。最后，提炼总结自组织在网络空间发展的过程中所 遭遇的问题并提供解决策略，期望能为其他同类型组织提供有效的借鉴与指导

With the rapid development of Internet information technology and the reform of "speeding up and reducing fees" in our country's Internet, the threshold for using new media technology is getting lower and lower. People are using the Internet to obtain knowledge while also continuously producing information and knowledge. The Internet is rapidly deconstructing. With the main framework for constructing the Chinese social life network, the network is almost integrated with people's lives. The update of functional technology has given new media users more power and the user's subjectivity has been strengthened. During the new crown pneumonia epidemic, my country's Internet industry showed great development vitality and resilience. The cyberspace gathered more sights and voices, which made the public notice the dilemma of "loss of power" faced by female medical staff. Women are the main force in the fight against the epidemic, but their demand for menstrual products is constrained by traditional thinking and collective unconsciousness, and they are in a state of "aphasia". Therefore, empowering women and fighting for corresponding power is the fundamental way and effective practice to improve women's social conditions.
