20世纪90年代以来，跨境电商成为全球潜力巨大的新型贸易方式。近年来，我国跨境电商规模发展迅速，2020年疫情期间依然逆势增长，为中国经济的整体发展做出了突出贡献。运营模式的成败直接影响跨境电商的发展，因此本文通过研究代表性企业的运营模式特点，为中国其他跨境电商发展提供经验借鉴。

本文选取我国上市跨境电商龙头企业跨境通宝作为研究对象，采用文献研究法、案例研究法、比较研究法分析跨境通宝四大运营模式，并通过杜邦分析法评价其运营模式效果，并找出跨境通宝运营模式中存在的不足，最后提出相应的对策建议。

第一章结合当今全球环境与经济形势阐述本文研究背景及意义、对相关研究文献进行梳理、说明研究方法和思路，为后文的案例分析奠定理论基础；第二章梳理了本文应用的理论基础：平台经济理论、价值链理论、供应链理论；第三章介绍了跨境通宝公司概况；第四章重点阐述跨境通宝的四大运营模式：技术及品牌研发模式、仓储物流模式、市场营销模式、供应链管理模式，这也是本文的重点所在；第五章利用杜邦分析法对跨境通宝现有运营模式的效果进行评价，以此来判断跨境通宝运营模式是否成功；在此基础上，第六章发现现有运营模式中存在的问题；第七章针对前文找出的问题提出对策建议。

跨境通宝作为一家2014年成功转型的跨境电商企业，在我国同类型电商中综合表现最佳，其运营模式具有较强的代表性和研究价值，本文通过研究典型电商运营模式可为我国跨境电商的整体发展提供一定的启示和经验借鉴。

This paper studies the typical e-commerce operation mode to provide reference for the overall development of China's e-commerce.
