作为当今最活跃的发展领域，互联网为中华民族的伟大复兴提供了难得的机会和机遇，也对我国培养高水平人才提出更高的要求。当今社会，网络已经成为人们学习、工作和生活不可或缺的一部分，尤其对于大学生来说更是如此。同时，网络对大学生的身心发展也产生了重大的影响，这些影响既有利也有弊。在新时代背景下，落实立德树人根本任务，加强大学生网络公共道德教育，培养其良好的网络素养，提高他们在网络空间中的道德能力，不仅是思想政治教育发展的必然要求，也是大学生全面发展的必然要求。因此，对新时代大学生网络公德教育进行研究具有很强的理论意义和实践意义。

除绪论和结语外，文章主要内容共分为四个部分：首先，根据前人的研究，在此基础上对网络公德进行概念界定，进而阐述大学生网络公德教育的内涵，并对其主要构成和意义进行论述；其次，选取兰州市部分高校大学生进行问卷调查，通过对问卷调查反馈结果的分析，深入了解当前大学生在网络公德及其教育方面的现状。数据显示，在大学生网络公德教育方面，目前虽然取得一定成效，总体情况良好，但是，仍存在一些需要解决的问题和完善方面；再次，针对大学生网络公德和教育存在的问题与不足，分别从个人、家庭、学校、社会、国家方面总结并分析问题形成原因；最后，针对问题的形成原因，分别从个人、家庭、学校、社会、国家五个方向入手，提出加强新时代大学生网络公德教育的途径。

The data shows that in terms of college students’ online ethics education, although certain results have been achieved and the overall situation is good, there are still some problems and improvements that need to be resolved. Thirdly, in terms of the problems and deficiencies in college students’ online ethics and education, individual, family, school, society, and the country summarize and analyze the causes of the problem; finally, focusing on the causes of the problem, starting from the five directions of individual, family, school, society, and the country, propose ways to strengthen the network moral education of college students in the new era .
