摘要	This paper tries to construct a five-dimensional informatization performance measurement indicator system on the basis of BSC and Performance Prism for small-and-medium sized enterprises and combined with AHP and Delphi method proposes the firm performance evaluation steps. in order to present a new approach to evaluate the small-and-medium sized enterprises.
