人文精神是由中华优秀传统文化孕育、积淀而成，是人类主体所具备的精神品格。大学生是新时代社会发展的接班人，培育其人文精神不仅有利于国家精神的塑造，而且体现新时代素质教育发展的要求。在素质教育体系内，倘若忽视人文精神的塑造，必然会使教育偏离以人为本、全面发展的目标，沦为工具化的教育，从而影响整个社会的价值走向。因此，新时期必须持续重视大学生人文教育，提升大学生的人文素养，引导大学生树立科学的世界观、人生观和价值观，促进大学生全面进步，助力实现素质教育的可持续发展，进而为国家发展储备所需的综合型人才，实现经济社会的可持续发展。
本文以大学生人文精神的培育为主要切入点，主要运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、多学科交叉法等研究方法对甘肃省部分高校大学生人文精神现状进行分析，按照“是什么－为什么－怎么办”的逻辑展开。首先通过梳理国内外相关文献，理清了人文精神、大学生人文精神的内涵，论述新时代大学生人文精神培育的理论基础，阐述大学生人文精神培育的意义；其次，在甘肃省部分高校开展问卷调查，通过整理分析问卷调查的结果，明确了大学生人文精神的积极表现和不足表现，为大学生人文精神培育研究提供数据支撑；再次，结合数据调查的结果，从多角度分析大学生人文精神不足的原因，包括社会、高校、家庭和个人四个方面；最后，结合问卷调查结果和以往专家学者的研究成果，从优化社会环境、强化校园文化建设、传承优良家风和强化人文知识学习四个方面提出新时代加强大学生人文精神培育的具体路径，旨在充分发挥大学生个人积极性、主动性，在社会、学校和家庭中形成教育合力，强化大学生人文精神培育的效果，促进大学生成长成才。

The humanistic spirit is nurtured and accumulated by the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and it is the spiritual character of human subjects. College students are the successors of social development in the new era. Cultivating their humanistic spirit can not only promote the all-round development of college students, be conducive to the shaping of national spirit, but also reflect the requirements of the development of quality education in the new era. In the quality-oriented education system, if we ignore the shaping of humanistic spirit, education will inevitably deviate from the goal of people-oriented and all-round development, and become an instrumentalized education, thus affecting the value trend of the whole society. Therefore, in the new period must continue to attach importance to college students 'humanities education, improve college students' humanistic quality, guide college students to set up the scientific world outlook, the outlook on life and values, promote college students' comprehensive progress, help realize the sustainable development of quality education, and for the national development reserve needed comprehensive talents, realize the sustainable development of economy and society.

This paper takes the cultivation of college students' humanistic spirit as the main entry point, and analyzes the current situation of humanistic spirit in Gansu province by using the literature research method, questionnaire survey method and multidisciplinary method. Mainly with the logic of "what-why-how". First, by sorting through the relevant domestic and foreign literature, Clarify the connotation of humanistic spirit and humanistic spirit of college students, Discuss the theoretical basis of humanistic spirit in the new era, Explain the significance of cultivating the humanistic spirit of college students; next, A questionnaire survey was conducted in some universities in Gansu Province, By sorting out and analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey, It clarified the positive performance and insufficient performance of college students' humanistic spirit, To provide data support for the cultivation of humanistic spirit of college students; once more, Combining the results of the data survey, Analyze the reasons of the lack of humanistic spirit of college students from multiple perspectives, Including society, university, family and individual four aspects; last, Combining the questionnaire survey results and the research results of previous experts and scholars, From the four aspects of optimizing the social environment, strengthening the construction of campus culture, inheriting fine family traditions and strengthening humanistic learning, we proposed the specific path of strengthening the cultivation of college students' humanistic spirit in the new era, Aim to give full play to the personal enthusiasm and initiative of college students, Form an educational synergy in society, school and family, Strengthening the effect of cultivating college students' humanistic spirit, To promote the growth of college students.
