青年教师科研与教学能力融合发展之路径

摘要高校青年教师既是教学的主力军,又是科研的新生力量.如何实施教学与科研的融合发展,是提升高校青年教师职业价值感和职业幸福感的关键所在.高校青年教师教学与科研协同发展面临着一些困境,以甘肃省高校青年教师教学和科研融合发展问题为研究对象,依据相关理论分别构建甘肃省科学研究系统和高等教育系统指标体系,使用耦合协调度模型对近年来甘肃省科教融合的现状和发展程度作定量分析.结合分析结果,总结学科专业特点,针对青年教师科教融合存在问题的原因和科教融合的内在逻辑,制定相应的改进策略,以期进一步完善青年教师科教融合育人模式,更好地服务于人才培养.
其他摘要Young teachers in colleges and universities are not only the main force of teaching,but also the new force of scientific research.How to implement the integrated development of teaching and scientific research is the key to enhance the professional value and professional happiness of young teachers in colleges and universities.The collaborative development of teaching and scientific research of young teachers in colleges and universities is faced with some difficulties.Taking the integrated development of teaching and scientific research of young col-lege teachers in Gansu province as the research object,the index system of Gansu Province scientific research system and higher education system are constructed according to relevant theories,and the coupling coordination degree model is used to make a quantitative analysis of the current situation and development degree of science and education integration in Gansu Province in recent years.Based on the analysis results,this paper summarizes the specialty characteristics of the discipline,analyzes the causes of the problems in the integration of science and education of young teachers and the internal logic of the integration of science and education,and makes corre-sponding improvement strategies,so as to further improve the education model of the integration of science and education of young teachers and better serve the cultivation of talents.
